It was a week since the dinner and everything is going perfect. Trell has been acting slightly different and I love it. He's been calling me his girl instead of his bitch and I really appreciated it. He was currently walking me to class with his arm around my shoulder. I walked pass Malaya and she was with Keke and James. We haven't talk much since the dinner and I hate it.
"Alright baby girl. Oh before I forget we got my moms hospital bill in the mail yesterday and she wanted me to ask if yall could spot us some money." He asked
"Yeah, I can just text my mom. How much you need?" I responded taking my phone out.

"Oh wow. I'm not sure about that." I said as i stopped texting her
"Why not? Your folks see she really sick and they like us. I'm sure they'll help us out." He said
"I'll ask." He kissed my lips and walked off. I walked into my classroom and sat in my seat. I pulled out my phone and sent a text to my mom.

I don't know why she acting like that. The dinner went good so I don't know what the problem is. I walked into my class and sat next to Bianca.
"Hey girl." She said
"Hey."
"You think I can barrow $5 until tomorrow? The card machine broke in the cafeteria and I don't have cash." She asked
"Nah I don't really hand out money."
"I said I'll give it back tomorrow it's not a handout." I said
"No."

"Whatever Nia you got $5 I can barrow until tomorrow?" Bianca asked Nia who was in front of the class.
"Yeah." She handed her the money and I just looked away.
My phone started to buzz and I saw that it was Trell.
