*Bail Hearing*

"Okay what do we have?" The Judge said as me and my lawyer walked up.

"Your honor Mrs. Price is being charged with drug trafficking and conspiracy. Her and her family were caught trying to flee the country. We the people believe that if she is released she will flee the county and never return." The prosecutor said

"Your honor Mrs. Price wasn't aware that she was wanted by the fbi. She herself said if she knew she would have turned herself in. She has no intention on fleeing the country and she just wants all this to be over with." My lawyer said

"Under the circumstances I would say it would be a risk letting you walk Mrs Price but I don't believe you would flee the country." The judge said

"She's a loving wife and mother. She wouldn't want to put her family in any circumstances that would lead them to being in trouble." My lawyer said

"Your honor, with all due respect this woman and her entire family are criminals. Not only is she getting charged but so is her husband, father in law, brother in law, sister and her 2 sons. This woman is a danger to society and should never be given a chance to go into the outside world again." The prosecutor said

"Those are all just allegations. They have no proof that my client or any of her family members have committed any of those crimes." My lawyer said

"I've heard enough. Mrs Price you do understand that if you are not here on the date of your trial you will be held in jail without bond until your trial date." The judge told me

"Yes sir." I said

"Okay then it's settled. Bond is posted at $500,000. Next case." The judge said

"Your honor $500,000 is nothing to her." The prosecutor said

"Next case." The judge repeated.

I walked from the stand and went to sit with the rest. I looked over and saw Malaysia, Malaya, Jalen, Trell, Gio and Keisha. I haven't spoken to keisha in years so I was confused as to why she was here or how she heard about it.

"Up next we have to case of the United States Vs Cameron Price."

Cameron walked to the stand and stood by the lawyer.

"Your honor as well as his wife, Mr. Price is being charged with first degree drug trafficking and conspiracy. We have reasons to believe that his father has been in this drug business for many years and they have tons of money. He should be held without bail because he could possibly afford even the highest amount." The prosecutor said

"Your honor my client has no intention of fleeing the country. Also again these are all allegations. None of them have any proof that my client has done anything." The lawyer said

"I see here that he's had a history of drug trafficking. Mr. Price you were arrested by the FBI once before?" The judge asked

"Yes but the charges were dropped." Cameron said

"Yes I see that as well. Looking over everything and the circumstances I will grant bail at 1 million dollars. Next case." The judge said

"Why the fuck the bail so high?" I whispered to Mr. Price

"They don't want us to really bail out so they're setting them high." He said

Cameron came and sat back down while the rest went. Jamila and Marcus were charged with conspiracy and given $250,000 bail. It was now Mikah turn to go up to the judge.

"Your honor Mikah Price is being charged with trafficking, conspiracy, and 3rd degree murder. We have more than enough reason to believe that he will be a danger to society since he is accused to taking someone's life." The prosecutor said
