The ticking of the clock on your desk echoed through your head, frustrating you even further. You leaned back and groaned. Tomorrow was the final, and for some reason, you just couldn't bring yourself to study. Every little thing distracted you.

"Please, if anybody is listening, help me pass this test!" You exclaimed. After a couple minutes, you decided that now would be a good time to take a snack break. Walking into the kitchen, you grabbed yourself a few chocolate chip cookies. You made up a cup of hot chocolate to go with it, then walked back to your room.

 You almost dropped your food when you spotted someone sitting in your chair. "Who the hell are you?!" He turned around to face you, and you were overcome by his good looks. The man had brownish-goldish hair, and eyes the color of sunshine going through a glass of whiskey. He sucked on a red lollipop. 

"You called for me, remember? The name's Gabriel, but you can just call me Gabe. I'm your guardian angel." He responded, and you snorted. 
"Angels aren't real. Now get out, you creep! How do you even get in here?" He just sat there, a smile on his face. 
"Okay. I'll prove it to you. If I'm not an angel, how can I do this?" Suddenly he was laying on your bed in one of those 'Draw me like one of your french girls' kind of poses, the lollipop still in his mouth. Your jaw dropped to the floor. 
"You... You really are an angel."Disbelief showed in your eyes. 
'Yup! Now, what is it you need help with?"

Gabriel helped you study, and he made it a lot more fun than usual. A study guide, recitation of notes, and a couple rounds of flashcards later, you decided that it was time to go to bed. The test started early the next morning, and you wanted to be well-rested.

"Thank you for helping me. I really appreciate it." You kissed him on the cheek and could've sworn you saw him blush slightly. 
"It's what I'm here for. Whenever you need me, just call out my name and I'll be right there." 
"Will do." You waved and he disappeared as easily as he had appeared.

The next week, after getting your graded final back, you called for Gabe. He appeared beside you and you jumped on top of him. "I got an A! I passed!" You grinned at him and he laughed. 
"That's great, (Y/N)!" In the heat of the moment, you pressed your lips to his. Surprisingly, he kissed back. When you broke apart, he pulled you into a tight hug. 

"I love you..."
