July 3rd

it's been a long month of june.

i haven't seen my friends in a while.

corbyn and christina went to france for the summer back in late may.

tatum went to hawaii with her family.

jonah's family including zach left for italy on june 1st which was emotional.

daniel and his huge family left and went to mexico

gabbie has been in florida ever since june 2nd

it's been a boring summer so far and will be until august.

it was supposed to be the summer before senior year that everyone enjoys, our last summer that we would have until senior year summer.

but guess what

no one is with me.

i was expecting zach to be with me atleast but nope.

i've only had my sister sydnie with me all summer.

and tomorrow is 4th of july. yay

"jack come down here we have to go to the store" my sister yells at me

"be down in a minute" i yelled back

i bet you're wondering why i haven't called or texted my friends...

well i don't want to ruin their summers

they are having fun

i don't want to mess with them

"jack hurry" syd yells at me again

i run down the stairs in my shorts

oh did i forget to mention i've been dressing more as a "guy" lately

yep i'm just your average highschool boy

i've wore basketball shorts, jeans, baggy shirts, and plain oh vans like all summer

i've changed a lot but honestly i'm not mad about it

"oo i like the outfit for today jacko" sydnie tells me as we go out to the car

"thanks syd" i say back

we head to the store to get some stuff for the "party" for tomorrow

fireworks, drinks, snacks, whatever we need

once we get back we put everything up so we can re-get it out tomorrow wooo

but i mean this summer hasn't been a complete bust
