Medina was avoiding me. She had decided to stay by Mrs Jahan side and help out with the distribution of their delicious home cooked food. People always cue up so she was busy chatting away and smiling. Fuck... was jealous of each and every person that was on the recieving end of that smile. I decided to stand in the cue to wait my turn. I wasn't hungry for food, I was hungry for her smile.
When my turn came she looked at me warily. A blush starts to form and I inwardly smiled. Well, well, well. I'm very honoured and over the moon for I know that she hasn't shared her blushes with anyone else so far.
''What do you want jake''. She ask me minus the smile.
I look to see Mrs Jahan busy with a group of people and then look back at Medina.
''Whatever you recommend and a pretty little smile from you please''. I replied matter of factly.
Her eyes widen a fraction and then she quickly loads my plate and plaster a fake smile on her face. Fuck. She's fiesty and gorgoeus.
''Would that be all Jake?''. She says in an over the top sweet voice.
''For now Medina. ''As I take a bite of a samosa and walk off, not before winking at her. She flushes and looks away. Yep. I'm a bastard but I can't help myself. She knows how to push my buttons but I definitely enjoy pushing hers.

Catching up with the lads was another highlight for me today. I missed the bloody idiots when I was away and we had so much to talk about. Paul James and Hassan are more than friends they are like my brothers. We have a very good relationship. I don't have to pretend in front of them and vice versa. Hence them knowing about my feelings for a certain hazel eyed beauty.
''Mate, you do know that you and Medina are just a fantasy right''. Hassan says seriously.
''Sorry Jake. I'm with Hasssan on this one.''Paul looks at me apologetically
''Me to''. James piped in.
I run my fingers through my hair angrily. I know they mean well. Like true friends they are looking out for me but sometimes I wish they would just bloody humour me.
''Guys. You know how I feel about her. It's has always been her and always will be''. I reply quietly whilst looking across at the girl in question who is totally oblivious of what was going on inside me.
God.. she was beautiful. She had this air about her that just sucked you in. She's not loud and pretentious. She doesn't scream out for attention but you can't hep be drawn in. As if sensing my gaze she looks across at me and and my gut clenches. I smile at her but she quickly looks away. Damn. I will never get enough of her blushes.
''Well you know we are just being honest. Mr Jahan is a very proud pashtun man. He adores his girls and I've heard that he is thinking of getting her engaged to Khalil's younger brother.''Hassan says quietly avoiding eye contact me.
