The night was young. Stars had just begun appearing in the sky, where two people stood under. One who was born under the name of Midoriya Izuku, the other was named Bakugou Katsuki. They stood opposing each other in the city, which was lit up by streetlights that towered over the two teens. Both of them were around the age of 16, but they were as opposite to each other as anyone can be.
The shorter one, known as Midoriya, had messy, dark green locks that didn't flow far from his head. His eyes were a tree-green color, complimentary to the eight freckles that were placed on evenly on both sides of his face. His face gave off a childish vibe, but he was far from a child. His body was riddled with muscles that had been built up with years of hard work. He wore a simple black and white tuxedo, with a regular tie.
The other teenager named Bakugou had spiky blonde hair, a tad bit longer then Midoriya's, that could never bring itself to be flattened. His eyes were as red as a ruby, but it didn't hold the priceless beauty that a ruby did. Instead, it held the fierce gaze of a lion. A gaze that was directed at his old childhood friend. His posture didn't know what respect was. His back was slightly hunched, and his hands were in his jean pockets. He also had muscles that he had accumulated from days of work with no rest.
"So... We meet again, Kachan," Midoriya teased Bakugou with a nickname that had been given to him long, long ago. A crazed smile, one that Midoriya had long since gotten used to showed up on his face.
"Don't fucking call me that, Deku," Bakugou growled. He clenched his fist in pure, untouched anger. What had happened to his friend? What had made him despise hero's so much? Why did he become the one thing that he swore to put to justice?
"I'll call you whatever I want," Midoriya's voice suddenly started to become more light, more like he was trying to sing and talk at the same time.
Midoriya brought out a knife that he hidden in his back pocket and twirled it in the air. He then stated to slowly pace toward Bakugou's tensed form.
"I guess it's time to play, isn't it, Kachan?" Midoriya flipped his knife once more.
"This isn't fucking playtime, Deku!" Bakugou yelled as he readied himself into a fighting stance. He then charged at Midoriya, hoping to catch him off guard. Midoriya reacted fast, his smile never disappearing from his face.
"Stop fucking dodging me!" Bakugou ordered, getting frustrated by Midoriya's constant evasions. Midoriya simply laughed, being reminded of Bakugou's fury.
Midoriya decided to end the battle then and there, so he landed a direct hit on Bakugou's stomach while using Full Cowl, causing Bakugou to be flown into a building. His head hit the rock-solid wall first.
"Kachan? I didn't kill you, did I?" Midoriya rested his knife against his cheek, actually wondering if he had killed his childhood friend. A groan came from Bakugou, signalling that he was still alive. Midoriya's eyes widened in excitement. A laugh escaped his lips.
"You're alive!" He shouted gleefully as he made his way toward Bakugou. He stopped when he stood directly above the injured student. He crouched down to Bakugou's height and studied him. Blood was dropping down Bakugou's head, and he definitely had a concussion. Other then that, he seemed fine.
Midoriya brought his hand to Bakugou's cheek and delicately touched it. His smile became slightly less sadistic, and more loving. He then slid his hand down Bakugou's cheek before grabbing the top of his jaw. Midoriya turned Bakugou's head left and right, trying to find any life-threatening injuries. When he didn't see any, he let go of Bakugou.
Bakugou stared.at Midoriya in a base of confusion. His mind's functions had practically disappeared. He couldn't remember much of anything, and all He could could see were blurry shapes. He had no idea that his childhood friend was standing in front of him, watching him for any sign of awareness.
Once Midoriya came to the conclusion that Bakugou wouldn't remember anything from that night, he took Bakugou's chin in his grip once again. He then leaned into to Bakugou's face to give him a sweet, tender kiss. He then leaned back and studied Bakugou's expression. He still looked like he didn't recognize anything.
"Who knew that I would still love you after all of this time?" Midoriya wondered aloud. He gazed at Bakugou lovingly before sighing.
"To bad you're becoming a hero. Maybe we could be together if you joined me," Midoriya let go of Bakugou and set his hands on his legs. He then proceeded to stand up and stretch. He looked to his side to see one of his friends waiting for him impatiently.
"If your so desperate to have the guy, why don't you kidnap him?" He asked. Midoriya looked at at Bakugou before gazing up at the sky, contemplating the idea. He shook his head after a little bit of thinking.
"I'm not going to force him to become a villain," Midoriya put away his knife before he leaned down and picked Bakugou up, " I'm going to bring him to the hospital. I'll meet you at the rendezvous. "
Midoriya's friend nodded as he turned around and left the area. Midoriya then left to the hospital with Bakugou in his arms.
"Maybe someday we'll be together, Kachan," Midoriya mumbled. Bakugou stared at Midoriya in a daze.
" Whaa..?" He questioned. Midoriya gave off a little chuckle.
"You don't understand anything, do you?" Midoriya gazed at Bakugou with interest. Bakugou didn't reply.
It didn't take long for them to reach the hospital. It had actually been to short of a walk in Midoriya's mind. Midoriya set Bakugou behind a house, where someone was sure to notice him. He then kissed Bakugou once more before tuning around to leave. Before he left however, he said his goodbye,
"I love you, Kachan."
