"I find you... not guilty" the judge announced before slamming his hammer down one last time and standing up. Regina smiled brightly as she heard the words. She stood up and walked around the stand. Over to her father who she hugged.

"Thank you" she said softly as she held him tight.

"Your welcome but me and your mother need to talk to you" Harold sternly said as he pulled away.

"Fine. We can go to my house and I'll explain to everyone about the affair and why it was such a big secret" Regina said with a sigh knowing what her father was talking about.

"Good. Let's go" Harold demands as he walked towards everyone else.

Regina walked over and Emma smiled at her. She walked to her and put her arm over her shoulder.

"God I was worried about you" Emma said holding her close with a sigh of relief.

"Me too. Now let's go to my house and I'll explain. Bit too late to go to work now" Regina said as she pulled away and smiled at Emma.

"Yeah. Are they your siblings" Emma asked looking at the three tall people stood next to Penelope.

"Yes" Regina replied with a chuckle.

"Whoa your clearly missed out on the talk gene" Emma laughed earning  herself a slap on the shoulder from Regina.

The brunette walked over and hugged her three taller siblings in the same hug. She then smiled at her mum who smiled back at her. Penelope pushed her hand through Regina's hair and just smiled at her while holding her cheek.

"Don't go dating stupid people like him again" she softly said hiding the fact she was worried.

"Am I the only one who didn't know you were gay" Johnathon asked looking confused at Regina.

"None of us knew. Regina why did you not tell us" Diana asked cutting her older brother off.

"For starters I'm bisexual. That's why I was in a relationship with a man. Second were not exactly the closest family are we" regina shrugged as if her family were silly to ask.

"Let's go. There's a lot of explaining to be done" Harold orders getting the attention off Regina and to him.

The Mills family walked out of the court room followed by Emma. They went to the car park after seeing everyone who was supporting Regina had left by now. Penelope and Harold got into their rental car with Diana, Michell and Johnathon in the back. Regina got into her car parked around the corner at the sheriff station.

"So your family aren't what I expected even though you warned me" Emma said breaking the silence in the car.

"I know. You think I'm intimidating. I got the look from both of them" the brunette said with a chuckle as she glanced at Emma.

"Why didn't you tell them your bi? I know your not close with them but why didn't you at least tell them" Emma softly asked knowing she could get scolded for this.

"Because I don't have to. They don't know me and I barely know them. Why should I" Regina quickly responded in an annoyed voice.

"Calm down. I just asked" Emma softly said as she placed her hand on Regina's shoulder.

"No. Emma don't tell me what to do" Regina growled as the anger from her day fuelled inside her. The blonde decided not to talk. She just looked out the window with a sigh at Regina's comment. "I'm sorry. I'm just scared to talk to my family about the affair. I haven't told anyone. Josh only knew because he caught me" Regina sighed as she placed her hand on Emma's thigh.

"It's fine. Don't worry" the blonde shrugged still a little annoyed at Regina. The brunette walked her fingers up Emma's leg and hooked her finger under the jeans. "What you doing" Emma asked looking up with a smile she can't help.

"Guess" Regina smirked as she slipped the rest of her fingers to hook her jeans. "Actually" she starts as she took her hand away from Emma's jeans. She turned a corner and into a long alleyway. The brunette parked at the end where no one could see the car. "I have a better idea" Regina said as she took her seat belt off.

"Are you thinking what I am" Emma smirked as she took her own belt off.

Regina nods and climbs over to sit in Emma's lap. She straddles her legs over the blondes before placing her hands upon her cheeks. Emma moved in to kiss her but Regina put her hand between.

"I'm going to tell you now this has to be quick" the brunette warned as she moved her lips close to Emma's.

"I can work with that" the blonde smirked before crashing her lips against Regina's.

Emma held Regina's hips in a tight grip and was holding her down on her lap. Regina roughly kissed Emma as she tangled her hands in all the blonde locks. Emma moved down to kiss Regina's neck.

"Don't even think about a hickey" Regina warned remembering the last time they done it.

"Alright. Alright. Chill" Emma sighed as she pulled away.
