The next day. Regina and Emma promised to never tell anyone about the day before nor would it happen again. Today Regina wasn't working. It was Saturday and she was home alone. Regina was sat at the island with a bowl of cereal and the divorce forms in front of her. They were signed and ready to be sent back to josh. Her phone then started ringing. It was Emma. Regina looked at it confused but answered anyway.

"Hello miss swan. Why are you calling me" Regina asked knowing there friendship wasn't outside of there teaching hours.

"Nice to talk to you too" Emma sarcastically replied at the tone Regina used.

"Emma it's 9:30 in the morning on a Saturday. What is it" Regina sighed looking at her morning news paper.

"You said yesterday that your packing all your ex husbands stuff up. I was just wondering if you'd need a hand" Emma asked knowing she had no plans for today.

"Usually students don't want to spend there weekends with there teachers. Why do you" Regina asked with a chuckle of amusement Emma said that.

"I don't have anything to do today. My roommate is out with her mates and I'm stuck here. Thought I'd asked. We're friends right" Emma asked knowing it was a long shot she'd get a yes.

"Friends? I'm not sure you want me to be your friend. I'll see you Monday" Regina replied looking like Emma was stupid for asking.

"Ok. Sorry I called" the blonde said before hanging up straight away.

Regina placing her phone down and putting the spoon into her mouth. As she pulled it out she thought about that conversation. She sighed and lifted her phone up. She decided to message Emma.

Regina: I guess I could use some help. Your welcome to come over but I warn you it will be boring.

Emma saw her phone light up on her chest. She looked at it and saw Regina messaged. The blonde opened the message and smiled at the fact Regina said she could come. She quickly messaged her back.

Emma: thanks. I'll be there soon xx

Regina smiled at the message slightly. She finished her breakfast before heading to her room to get changed. Her house was very large since her and her family were rich. Regina slipped into a pair of tight jeans that hugged her curves. She then put on a t-shirt that was neither tight nor baggy. She pulled on a denim jacket before doing her hair and makeup. Her front door then knocked. Regina went downstairs but it knocked again. Once at the door she opened it and saw Emma.

"It's a big house miss swan. Wait for me to get to the door" Regina sighed as she saw it was her.

"What are you wearing" Emma asked taking back by Regina's outfit. She ran her eyes all over Regina's body. Every time Emma has seen Regina she was dressed smart and sensible. This was a breath taker. Regina was just looking at her confused now. "Sorry. I'm not use to seeing you in something other than pant suits and pencil skirts" Emma said shocked still.

"Well I do own other clothes" Regina sighed as she rolled her eyes.

"They look good on you" Emma replied smiling softly to cheer the brunette up.

"Don't start. You coming in or what" Regina asked with a chuckle as she moved out the way.

"Thanks" Emma replied as she quickly walked in.

Regina closed her front door and turned to see the blonde admiring her home. Emma was looking around with a smile. It was so beautiful. Exactly how she'd imagine Regina Mills's house would look like.

"I take it you like it" Regina asked stepping a few paces towards Emma.

"I left so fast that first morning I didn't bother looking around. It's so nice" Emma said still looking at every detail so carefully.

"Thank you. Have you eaten anything this morning" Regina asked looking concerned at her.

"No. I don't make much money at the bar so I don't eat breakfast" Emma replied with a shrug and a shake of the head.

"I got lots in my kitchen. Come on" Regina said leading the way to the kitchen. Emma followed behind still looking around Regina's house. The brunette gestured for Emma to sit at the island while she went to the cupboard. "Would you prefer cereal or toast or fruit with yogurt or what" Regina asked looking round at Emma.

"Whatever's easier. I'm not fussy" Emma replied with a shrug at the options.

"Do you like fruit" Regina asked with a smile.

"Yeah" Emma nods.

"Yogurt"

"Yeah"

"I'll make you that. I usually have it with a little honey. Wants some" Regina asked now going to her fridge to get the ingredients.

"Sure. Thanks for this" Emma replied watching Regina's moves carefully.

The brunette put everything she needed on the island on top of a chopping board. Regina started chopping the fruits she picked out while glancing up at the blonde sat nervously.

"So why are you here with me on a Saturday instead of with your friends" Regina asked getting her attention.

"Don't really have any. My roommate is my closest friend but she's a bit of a druggy and you can guess what she's doing. Any friends I do have here aren't that close" Emma admitted now watching as she twirled her thumbs.

"You never told me this" Regina questioned looking up at Emma curiously.

"It's not an icebreaker I go with. Sorry I called you. I was sat bored and I don't know" Emma replied not wanting to lift her head up to meet Regina's gaze.

"What about your friends back home" the brunette teacher asked still chopping the fruits.

"I only had one best friend but I don't now. I've always been different. I got bullied at a young age for having parents who barely see me. I got bullied for being too skinny. I then got bullied for my Nan who actually cared about me dying. Then got bullied for being a lesbian. I got bullied my whole life for being different. My best friend was the only one who cared but something bad happened and he died. I don't have anyone anymore" Emma admits for the first time to Regina causing sadness to hit her.

"Well you know what? I like different. So your stuck with me" Regina said smiling softly and placing the bowl in front of Emma. The blonde looked up with a smile at it and pulled it closer to her. "Enjoy"

"Thank you. Sorry I told you all that. It's not your problem" Emma said as she lifted the spoon up and dunked it into the bowl. She put it in her mouth and smiled at the taste. "It's really good. Thank you" Emma says smiling up at Regina.

"Your welcome. You can tell me anything by the way. Don't think you can't. I promise to listen" Regina softly said smiling as she watched the blonde enjoy her breakfast.
