Regina was sat in an interrogation room with sheriff Owen Green stood in front of her. Regina had been previously sat in a cell for a few hours now. Her and the sheriff both equally as angry and annoyed.

"I didn't do it. I didn't even know he was dead" Regina snapped at the sheriff in front of her.

"I think you did. You have a pretty big motive to do it" Owen said leaning forward to intimidate her.

"What motive" the brunette growled confused why she was being blamed.

"Regina don't say another word" Harold said as he walked into the room wearing a smart suit and holding a briefcase.

"Dad thank god" Regina sighed in relief at the sight of him.

"Sheriff leave me alone with my client" Harold said looking at the sheriff annoyed. He left frowning at Regina. "Now you. Look me in the eyes right now and tell me the truth. Did you do it" he asked looking his daughter dead in the eyes.

"No. I promise I didn't. I had no idea he was even dead until they arrested me. Dad you got to get me out of this" Regina begged worried at what could happen.

"I believe you. I'll get you out of this. Remember though you have to be calm. If you start panicking and getting angry they will think your guilty" Harold warned as he sat down next to his daughter.

"I know. Thank you dad. He said I'm going to court. When's the trial" Regina asked remaining calm even though it was hard for her.

"In the morning. They have your lipstick at the scene in his hand. They think you were angry about the divorce and killed him. Regina I need to know why you and Joshua divorced" he asked knowing his daughter doesn't tell him anything.

Regina looked down. She hated admitting it. The fact she can't have a baby breaks her and to say it out loud hurts her more. She took a deep breath as tears built inside her eyes.

"He divorced me because I can't have children" regina replied looking up at her father holding in her tears.

"Oh... oh Regina I'm sorry" he said as he pulled his daughter into his arms for the first time in years. The brunette let out a few tears. Regina was the most distant with her dad than the rest of her family. This was a new experience. "Your mother is here and your siblings are in the way" he said rubbing his daughters back softly.

"I'll be fine. I guess I need to go back to that cell now" Regina asked annoyed at all of this.

"Yes. Tomorrow we will prove your innocent" Harold said as he stood up and lifted his case.

Regina stood up while nodding. She was looking down as she followed her father out the room. The sheriff put his hand on her shoulder and escorted her to the cell she was once in. Waiting next to it was Penelope and Emma. Both in silence as neither knew who each other were. Regina walked into the room causing both to stand up.

"Regina are you ok" Penelope asked walking over to her fast with Emma behind.

"I'm fine mum" Regina replied with a slight smile to her.

"This is your mum" Emma asked a little shocked by the woman appearing younger than her age.

"Yes that's my mum. This is Emma my friend" Regina replied gesturing to Emma.

"Your innocent right" Penelope asked not doubting her daughter.

"Of course. I hate josh but not that much" Regina replied with a sigh like there stupid for thinking it.

"Good. Then stand up straight. Wipe the fear from your eyes and show them your not afraid. Your my daughter and you do not show fear. You cry on the inside like a winner. Don't you understand me" Penelope said sternly as she was looking at her daughter with the same intimating stare Regina had.

"Yeah that's definitely your mum" Emma mumbled earning herself a glare from Regina.

"Move it Mills. Back to the cell" the sheriff ordered as he started walking her forward again.

Regina started walking and went into the cell. Emma went to the bars quickly.

"Emma he was killed last night at 2:35. I was in bed asleep with you. I need you tell the court that tomorrow" Regina asked trying hard to hide her fear and worry.

"Of course. Do you want me to stay here" Emma asked completely showing how worried she was for Regina.

"No. Go. I'll be fine. Honestly. I've got nothing to hide" Regina replied knowing that seeing her parents helped her.

"I'll see you tomorrow. By the way your mum looks about 30. What the hell" Emma asked glancing round at Regina's talking parents.

"Tell her that. She'll love you. Bye em" Regina said with a slight smile as she waved at her.

Emma returned the gesture before leaving the room. Penelope and Harold walked over to the cell door.

"Regina darling we have to go. The sheriff won't let us stay much longer" Harold said looking round at the sheriff then back at Regina.

"It's fine. You can go. I'm ok" Regina replied annoyed at the whole day she has had.

"Good. We will see you bright and early tomorrow for court. Don't do anything stupid" Penelope warned secretly worried what might happen.

"I won't. Look I know I didn't do anything" Regina annoyedly said looking at both her parents.

"Good. Now get your rest. I'll see you tomorrow. Don't disappoint me" Harold ordered strictly to his daughter.
