(Narrator POV)
They were still at the lake house and everyone was chilling around the water. Lake Erie was uncomfortably close to Ice Nation, so they did plan to leave soon. Murphy had an uneasy feeling, and he didn't like it one bit, so he told them to start packing up ASAP.

Murphy gets these feelings all the time. He never fully knows what they mean, or if they're good or bad, but he does know that they typically take place before a large event. He got one before his dad died, before the hanging, before Lexa and him made the alliance, before Lexa came and asked him to protect the sky people, before every major life changing event, he's ever had!

It's a feeling in his chest like a constant clenching and unclenching. It's not like a weight or a panic attack, it's just on and off pressure. Not even a lot of pressure, just enough to notice. He also tends to get a tad shaky because the feeling makes him nervous, which normally has him spiraling into a panic attack.

And he gets distracted easily and can't pay attention when this happens because he's constantly looking out for whatever is about to send his mind for a loop. Let's just say that this feeling isn't very fun! The funny thing is, he knows it's not some medical problem, because it's always gone right after the event.

This morning when he woke up he had that feeling, and his first thought was to just go back to sleep, but he knew he couldn't do that. If fate was gonna aim to destroy him again, then he might as well let it try. So he got up like it was any other day, and tried to hide how freaking terrified he was.

See, here's the problem, people always assume because of his attitude, the circumstances, everything he's been through and the fact that he's not only a survivor, but the Survivor, that he's not afraid. The truth is, yeah, most of that is accurate, but he's still an 18 year old boy. He still gets scared and all those other lovely and not-so-lovely emotions.

Anyways, now they're walking along the shore of Lake Erie and heading toward the bottom of the territory. The next stop is the Delphi clan. Murphy's just excited to get to some of the more interesting clans. Like blue cliff, rock line, plain riders and the glowing forest. Those are the fun ones. These ones are pretty, but mainly woods and not much happens here. Also, Delphi sucks in his opinion.

Suddenly, when Murphy hears a part of Echo's conversation with Clarke, Jasper and Bellamy, he has a sinking suspicion about what his chest-clenching feeling was about.

Just as we was getting ready to develop a bunch of plans, lies and escape routes, the group charges up to him with a determination that reminds him of when the people who hated him, got to hang him, and it honestly terrifies him. He never wanted to see a look like that again.

"What does she mean the trials?!" Asks Bellamy frantically. He seems concerned and a little appalled.

"You have, how many scars?!" Clarke demands. She seems shocked and a bit annoyed, for some reason.

"Are you okay?!" Jasper asks nervously. Always the one to care. He seems worried and scared.

"You didn't tell them?!" Shouts a surprised Echo. She seems guilty and stunned.

Raven, who has heard all of this because she was standing behind Murphy while talking to Finn and Luna, looked concerned.

Murphy sighed and mumbled a string of curses under his breath. " Where should I even start?" He asks nobody in particular. If this is what the universe was gonna throw at him, than he'd let it happen. He was never one to back down from a challenge.

He gathers up the main sky people, and tells the others to take a break far away enough that they can't hear him, but he can still hear them with his super-hearing.
