(Narrator POV)
For once, they were not awoken at sunrise. Rather, they got to sleep until 9am because Murphy had declared today a 'fun day'. Basically, a break where they actually got to enjoy the forest.

Murphy had gone shopping that morning, for something that would be seen later. First on the agenda was breakfast. This house was one of the most stocked, with food and pretty much everything else. So breakfast could be a plethora of things.

The day before, everyone had showered and washed their clothes gratefully. Murphy made pancakes and waffles for breakfast because, well, he wanted them.

After breakfast, everybody decided that they could go swimming in the pond, since it was a pretty large body of water. A couple people actually brought swimsuits and those you didn't, Murphy took to the shop quickly.

The shop was pretty hidden, but within walking distance of his house. The store had just about everything anyone could ever need.

After the bathing suit situation was worked out, they got ready to go for a dip. Now, Murphy had scars, a lot of them. Plus, a multitude of tattoos. He wasn't too excited about everyone seeing the scars because throughout this entire trip everything, but his head was covered thanks to the under-suit. When they all went swimming on the coast, Murphy did not. They had just found out who he was and he was avoiding them at any cost.

He could swim with the under-suit on, but he rather be comfortable. Besides, he had informed them about the scars when he told them a part of his past. He chose not to fret and just went with his black swim shorts.

His chest, back and arms had many scars. They were scattered around and there were plenty of places that didn't have any, but it was still a lot. Some scars were darker then others and some clearly had not been tended to during the healing process. There were only some that were really noticeable unless you looked super hard.

One on his chest that started at the bottom of his right collarbone and went to the center of his chest. Multiple overlapping marks on his upper back, each about half an inch thick and 5 or 6 inches long. Above his left hip was a crescent shaped scar. Then a bunch of lighter and less noticeable ones were all about on him.

He also had a six pack, which is not something Murphy had before. Plus, there were many tattoos. Some on his right shoulder were typical Grounder style tribal tattoos. He had a tattoo below his left collarbone of the Glowing Forest symbol, which was like a circle with a line thing at the top, bottom and left and then a dot on the right side. On his right side was a tattoo of an open wound that showed off ribs. He had a galaxy sleeve on his left arm, the whole thing covered in a blue and red starry sky. On his lower back on the right side, he had a tattoo of one of the trees from the glowing forest, it looked like a willow. Then finally on the back of his top right shoulder was a storm cloud and it had realistic lightening coming down all the way to the left of his lower back.

Everybody noticed the scars, but decided not to say anything and a couple of them complimented his tattoos.

Swimming was mainly just relaxing, not very interesting. They planned to swim again that night because then it was more of a party.

"Raven can I talk to you?" Murphy asked after everyone was dressed again. She nodded and he decided to show her the tree portion of his house, so they could talk without anyone eavesdropping.

The tree house had white siding and a black roof and black hatch doors at the top of the two latters.  The inside was painted dark blue with spatters of neon blue and the floor was black hardwood. There were windows all over and a nice grey rug in the middle. Then there was a dark purple sofa and three red bean bags. There was a black mini fridge, posters and some random games.
