Chapter 5

Harvey's POV

1 month later...

I awkwardly sat as Crystal talked to her brothers. Joshua, her other brother, was here too. Georgia, Ty and Rebekah were here with us.

They've only seen eachother for a month, but they are like best buddies again now.

I remembered back to the time, where Crystal finally learned the truth, about what happened.

~**Flashback**~

"So... do you know how I died? I still have no idea." Crystal said.

Malcolm looked down at the floor, taking in a very deep breath, then exhaling.

"Yeah, our mum and dad killed you, remember how sexist they were against females, even though mum is female? Well, they thought it was a disgrace to have a daughter. It took them 20 years, but they suffocated you with a pillow.

They told us the next morning, considering I was 8 at the time, and Joshua was 12, they just told us you had run away, and probably wouldn't be coming back.

But the next day, Josh came into your room, because he truly believed you were hiding, like you always did when mum and dad were mean to you, and he found your body in the wardrobe, he shouted me in.

Mum and Dad were out at the time, we tried to wake you up, but we couldn't, it was then we realised you died, and we realised it was mum and dad that killed you. That's when I started to wish I had magic."

Crystal looked shocked, her hand was on her belly and her eyes were wide.

"Did they really stoop that low?"

Malcolm nodded.

"Yeah, and we had to pretend that everything was alright. When Joshua moved out, I went with him, not wanting to stay there."

Crystal nodded, the her head snapped up, as if she had realised something.

"Where is Joshua? Does he live nearby?"

Malcolm shook his head.

"We live in England now, and I met Ty over Skype, we started to become good friends, when he invited me to his wedding, I couldn't say no."

I looked at the floor, they lived so far away, it's nice for Crystal to have her siblings know she's alive.

"Will you tell him, that I'm alive?"

Malcolm nodded.

"We may visit again soon, give me your address, we can visit sometime. And to prove to Josh that you're alive." He said, grinning.

Crystal looked at me, and I wrote our address down on a piece of paper. I handed it to him and smiled.

~**Flashback End**~

I looked back over at the siblings again. I wish I had somebody in my family to talk too. I never had siblings, and my parents died.

I lived in an orphanage, all boys. It wasn't bad to be honest. It was also a secret young sorcerer orphanage, so everybody accepted eachother, and developed their skills, they never told me what sort of sorcerer I was though.

I snapped out of my thoughts, and gazed around at everybody. I noticed  Rebekah looked pretty uncomfortable.

My eyes met with Georgia's, and I pointed to her. Panic flooded over her face and she stood up, grabbing Ty.

"Sorry, we have to go, something's happening." Georgia said, I nodded at her and stood up to let them out.

Crystal looked at me when I walked back in, complete confusion shrouded her face.

"Rebekah, something happened with her." I explained. Crystal nodded and I walked over to sit down with her this time.

As I listened to them talk, one major question appeared at the back of my head.

"Where are her parents?"
