Chapter 21

Harvey's POV

The light shone in through the windows, informing us that day had arrived, we had been here a while, longer than I'd expected.

We were all crouched, hiding around a corner. There were three guards on this corridor, so we had to be careful.

Ty gave the signal, and we all headed for one guard each, knocking then out without much noise.

Ty smiled at us and give us a thumbs up. We returned it and started to run.

We weren't far now, we were to slip the headphones through an air conditioning unit, and wait for her to bust herself out.

I heard footsteps, and stopped in my tracks, hence everyone else doing so too.

I peeked around, and found an agent wandering the corridors. I held up my finger to the others, signalling for them to wait.

Once he cleared away, I brought down my finger and headed to the next corridor.

Something started to vibrate in my pocket, I ignored it until we've reached a safe place.

I headed to a corner and signalled for the others to wait. I took my phone out of my pocket.

Crystal? It has to be serious if she's calling me...

I pressed answer, and bright the phone up to my ear, writing about what I'm going to hear.

"Hey, what's the matter? Is it serious?"

Yeah...kinda really serious.

Uh Oh....

"What's happening"

I've gone into labour, the baby is coming.

WHAT! NO! NOT NOW!

"No... I... I need to be there Crystal... I'm coming home, I have to."

I'm sorry.

"It's perfectly fine, you can't help it, just hang in there, I'll be home soon sweetheart"

O....okay....see you....soon

"See you soon"

She sounded so upset, and in pain. I couldn't hold it in anymore.

I slid down the wall, my head in my hands. Ty scooted over to me.

"What's the matter?"

I lifted my head up, looking at him.

"Crystal had gone into labour, our baby is coming."

Jordan gasped, slapping his hand over his mouth, Ty just looked at me reassuringly.

"Then go home, don't let yourself miss your child being born."

I nodded, and quickly headed in the other direction.

I retraced my steps, remembering the corridors that we went through before.

"HEY!"

I jumped at the sudden voice, and found myself face to face with that agent from before.

Oh no....

I turned and ran, heading nowhere in particular, the agent called guards to catch me.

I looked behind me, there were so many. I froze in place when I saw guards at the other end of the corridor.
