Chapter 12- He's Back

Brandon's POV

I left.

I couldn't see her like this. I couldn't bare the pain of her being hurt.

I don't know exactly why but she lied.

She lied to me and ever body else. She hid her identy from me all this while.

I understand the fact that she was trying to protect herself but she could have told me. I know i wasn't the nicest person to her but i deserved to know.

It's not like I care but it hurt. I couldn't be doing this, I was her bursting my brain for some other girl when i had a girlfriend. I don't know why my friends keep pushing me towards her.

I love Brittany and she's the one who's been there for me. She even took a bullet for me few months back. She killed niggas for me and best of all she's in the same gang as me.

There was no way Rena vould top that. All she did was fight girls and rip their extentions out. She was nothing like Brittany.

"Bro are you okay?" Matt asks looking at me crazy.

"You look like you're thinking deep." He says waving his hand in front of my face

"Na bro it's cool." I say sitting up straight

"Brandon you know you're not fine. You've been acting like a bitch since morning and you totally disappeared last night, bro what happened." He looks a little worried.

"Something came up at the trap." I lie smoothly.

"Dude you know you lying cause you smell like you were in a hospital." He smirks "Who got hurt?"

I was frustrated. And no matter how upset I was he was right. I disappeared as soon as i got the call that Rena was in an accident and i was at the hospital even if i didn't like care about her. And that just made me angrier, the truth hurt.

"I was at the trap." I say softly.

"Man don't sit here and try to lie to me." He says calmly.

"I said I'm fine and where i was last night has nothing to do with you!" I shout in frustration.

"Bro I know you way too well and way too long you can't fool me."

"You know nothing about me." I say coldly and walk away.

No matter how right he was I was not gonna sit there and pour out my heart to my best friend like some girl. I don't think I have 'pussy' written on my fore head and if yes I've never seen it.

"Oh it's there you just don't see if. Sometimes I feel like you use mirrors for no reason."

And that's when i realized, I said that out loud.

"Matt fuck you." I said getting out of my chair

"Man you can't run away from it." He said in a calm tone.

"Whatever blablabla!" I wave him off.

There was no way Matt or anyone else would convince me that I didn't love Brittany and that Rena was the girl for me. Nobody was worth leaving Brittany for.

Maddy's POV

"Rena I know you may not be able to hear me but please wake up. Rena please don't do this to me, wake up don't leave me like this." I plead

I know she probably couldn't hear me but anything was worth a try.

I held onto her hand tight and said. "Please Rena wake up, please if you can hear me give me a sign that you're gonna be fine. Please!"

Bitter tears gush down my face. It hurt. It hurt to see her laying pale on a hospital bed. It hurt to know she was not okay. It hurt to know she may never wake up. It just hurt in any way posible.

I lay my fore head on our entertained fingers and cried. I let it all out, I couldn't bare the pain deep within.

But I sat straight when i felt a slight movement against my fore head.

"Rena?" I saked sharply.

But there was no responce. Maybe she wouldn't wake up after all.

But then she moved her hand again and pinched my finger twice.

"Thank you." I said as the tears gush out.

She was okay and she would wake up.

"Honestly there is nothing that would make me hapier at the moment." I said hugging her

A hand touched my hair and her voice came out softly. "Pizza would. I'm pretty sure you haven't ate anything."

"Rena!" I scream in joy.

She was awake. She was back, and she was her cocky self again.

"I'm pretty sure you're the topings so it wouldn't made sence to eat it without you." I said "I should go call the doctor and your mom."

"Yeah you do that but if you come back without fries don't bother coming back." She sais sternly and I let out a giggle.

But it felt wrong keeping something so important from her. The fact that her dad was back after all those years and even donated blood towards her operation was crazy. But no matter what i couldn't tell her, she just woke up from something near death and her dad was not the best option.

"Wait where's Brandon?" She asks

"He went home to freshen up and take care of some stuff but just relax you just got out of surgery." I said in a convincing tone.

Not only was her dad back but he donated blood towards her surgery and Brandon left the moment things got bad.

It would crush her to pieces if she ever got to know her dad was back after leaving her life for soo long.

And the fact that she can't fight Nikki Bella tonight would kill her. How was I even supposed to tell her that Brandon walked out on her the moment he started showing that her somewhat cared.
