Chapter 15- Nothing But A Jackass

I was learning pretty fast it sure was a lot of work considering I had school to attend, homework to do and still work out everyday.

After all I do love math so the counting of the money was easy work.

And as for my position I didn't even have to move a finger cause Xavier insisted I stay close to him at all times so I'm his personal counter.

Getting a good position was easy but dodging the work at midnight was impossible, I had to count every bag till I was done.

"All done.The total amount of money counted today was two million." I said handing him the clipboard.

"Nothing missing?" He asked taking an envelope out of him jacket. "Don't open it till you're in your car."

"Bro I'm soo tired, I had to change my workouts from the afternoon to the morning before school so I'm basically having four hours of sleep."

"That sucks but you insisted you got into it so my advice to you is try not to get eye bags, you're ugly enough." He teased

"Shut up"

"Rena where have you been I've  tried calling you for the past week, and you look really tired." Maddy asked

I didn't wanna answer and trust me I wasn't gonna answer. If you ask me I would say I did a pretty good job avoiding everyone. I ate lunch in my car or should I say my mom's car.

I pretty much went to school, took notes, go to the trap, do homework, sleep then workout.

It's just a circle revolving around me. It is not interesting at all, if I were to write a story on wattpad about my life I'm sure the palazzi are the only ones who would read it have dirt on me, or probably people who want my career to end.

After school

I got in my car and drove off. I never lingered around like I use to, cause I had a place to be.

I pulled up to Starbucks but its a little suspicious as to why Maddy's car pulls up as soon as I entered the building.

She got of the car,wearing sunglasses, a brown wig and she was dressed all in white.

Okay something was definitely up with her and following me was not cool.

"Calm down Rena she's just here at as a normal person." I mumble to myself.

But when I pulled out her car was behind mine, she was definitely following me.

I make a wrong turn attempting to loose her. I can't let her follow me to the trap, I'd be dead if i even tried.

I took a sharp left them another right but she was still in my trail. Maddy was not the one driving cause she's a horible driver and would crash if she ever attempted to do something like that, she wasn't alone.

I just couldn't loose her so I gave Xavier a call.

Me: Bro I'm being followed.

Xavier: By who? Where are you?

Me: It's nothing serious it's just me former best friend Maddy the one I told you bout.

Xavier: So what do you want me to do ?

Me: I've been taking her in circles and we're close to the trap I need you to disturb her so I can loose her. But she's not alone someone's driving the car, I know cause she can't drive soo good she, I would have lost her by now.

Xavier: I got a plan you just gotta listen.

Five minutes latter

A black car stared chasing Maddy's car, they held them at gun point so I took my chance and drove in to a spot near by where they couldn't see me.

"Give me all the food in your car now!" They guy shouted

Maddy hands over a Starbucks drink and two bags of McDonalds

"O-m-g girl what the flavor of this, I've never seen this at Starbucks." A guy said and hus voice sounded like Brandon's.

Why the heck was the dude acting girly. I let out a chuckle.

I took my chance and sneaked into the attacker's car like I was told to.

They returned to the car and drove off.

"Man what's wrong with you, you were over there acting all sassy."

"Liam shut the fuck up, the dude was gay and I wanted to know the flavor so I was being nice. No homo tho." The guy said

"Brandon that ain't no excuse I knew you were gay." Liam said

"Brandon?" I asked,I was thrilled, I would never expect shuch a good gay expression

"What the fuck! What the hell are you doing here?" Brandon shouted.

"Um I'm the one you're supposed to pick up." I said in a duh tone

"You? Xavier said it was his personal counter." He said in a i don't believe you tone.

"Where have you been living, under a rock or something?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"Wait, hold up, a little innocent girl like you dealing in this shit, impossible." Said Liam.

"Innocent?" I said "I wish I could say so too."

"Oh please, you didn't even make in to wrestle mania." Brandon said

"That's cause I had a broken leg..." He cuts me off

"Not an excuse Hope." He said

I was shocked, I even chocked on air. "What are you talking about who's Hope I mean I don't know any, any Hope at all in my entire life."

Okay, okay I get it, I'm horrible at lying but I tried.

"I don't know what you two are talking about but Rena you're s horrible lier and Brandon you're a harassment." Said Liam

"Man whatever." Brandon said

"But how did you, when did you, why, where?" I was confused

"Really, Hope went out on a date and got into an accident and some how when she gets to the hospital she's Rena. You really think I'm stupid don't you?" Brandon asked

"It was probably a coincidence, maybe this little Hope of yours happened to get into an accident the same night as me and the rooms were mistaken." 

Now if that wasn't horrible lying I don't know what is.

"Yeah, sure, I got in the ambulance with the wrong person didn't I?" Said Brandon

"You did what..." I trailed off

Got in the ambulance? No one told me Brandon was in the ambulance.

"How did you know where I was, were you following me?" I asked

"Me follow you, do I look like I got like to follow your dumb ass?" He throws back

"Whatever but you better keep your little mouth shut." I spit as I open the door to the parked truck.

"I would watch my mouth if I were you princess." He said

"What you gone do bout it, bite me?" I said in return

"Na, your skin dirty." He said back

"Now I would watch it if I were you." I said

"What you gonna do, set brother up on me?" He said mockingly

"Jackass." I mumbled under my breath.

If he thought he was somebody he could keep dreaming, he was no one.
