Y/n's POV
"Lucas is so funny," Yuqi laughed. I sighed as I unwrapped my arm from her shoulder. "Like he's so cute too."
"I'm literally your girlfriend," I looked at her out of jealousy.
"Yeah but he's cute," she shrugged.
That hurt.......a lot. I just shook my head before standing up. I walked into the kitchen then got a glass from the cupboard.
"Lucas, Lucas, Lucas," I muttered. "It's always about him."
I heard Yuqi laugh from the living room again as I downed the water. I put the cup in the sink then went to our room.
I got my running gear on before walking to the door. I looked back to see Yuqi still on her phone, typing away.
I sighed then left quietly. I made my way to the park two blocks away from our apartment before starting my daily jog.
As I was jogging, I took in my surroundings. All the spring flowers and butterflies fluttering around.
The sweet scent like before it starts to rain. It was all perfect except for one thing. Yuqi hanging out with Lucas more and more.
Yuqi and I have been together for a while now; three years to be exact. It hurts to know that she might leave me for Lucas.
"Fucking Lucas," I shook my head as I kept running.
I was halfway around the park before I took a break. Someone walked up to me so I looked up. I saw Mei Qi.
"Hey Y/n," she smiled at me.
"Hey," I hugged her tight. "I wasn't aware you were back in Korea."
"Yeah," she blushed. "I got a little break. Are you running?"
"Yeah," I nodded. "Wanna join me?"
"I'm not a runner," Mei Qi said shyly.
"But you can be," I took off running.
"Yah!" She ran after me. "I'm gonna get you!"

Yuqi's POV
"No Lucas," I said into my phone. "I can't hang out right now."
"Why? Is that girlfriend of your's that clingy?" I sighed as he said that.
"No," I rolled my eyes knowing Y/n is kinda clingy. "I'm just busy."
"It's okay," he sighed. "It's not like I made you some jokbal and have Netflix ready."
"Don't do that," I said smiling.
"Do what?" I could feel the smirk through the phone.
"Don't tempt me," I bit my lip. "You know I love jokbal."
"And you know how much I love you," Lucas said.
I blushed before looking around. I saw no Y/n which made me smile.
Five minutes earlier
Y/n's POV
"You're very fast," Mei Qi panted.
"Thank you," I rubbed her back. "You did good."
She smiled at me then hugged me. I wrapped my arms around her waist tight before she pulled away.
"Can you take me to see Yuqi? It's been awhile since I've seen her," I nodded then led her to my apartment.
It was a short walk until we came to the door. I unlocked the door quietly, wanting to surprise Yuqi.
We snuck into the living room seeing her sitting on the couch. We walked up behind her but she spoke making us both shocked.
"I love you too Lucas," I felt my heart break. "Yes I'm sure."
I saw Mei Qi look to me as I looked down. I started to back up until my back hit the wall. It made a thud before a picture of Yuqi and I fell.
The younger girl's head snapped back to me before she stood up from the couch. I didn't look at her, all I saw was the broken picture.
"I-I gotta g-go Lucas," Yuqi hung up before looking to me. "Y/n."
"I think I'm gonna go," Mei Qi started to the door.
"Take me with you," I whispered.
She looked at me before nodding. I went upstairs to pack a bag. Yuqi came running behind me.
"Y/n," she grabbed my arm. "Let's talk about this."
"There's nothing to discuss," I shook my head.
"I love you," she tried to kiss me but I pushed her away.
"No you don't," I looked in her eyes. "I knew it was a matter of time before you started falling for Lucas."
"That's not true," Yuqi's eyes started to water. "I'm sorry."
"The damage has been done," I pulled away. "You can't erase the past."
Yuqi broke down, falling to her knees. I continued packing my stuff. I walked out when I was done then went to Mei Qi.
We walked out before heading to her apartment. It wasn't a very far walk so we made it there quick and safe.
Mei Qi got me settled into her couch since it was a single bedroom apartment. I kissed her forehead making her blush.
"I'm here for you," she whispered. "I know how much you want to cry."
I nodded before the water gates in my eyes busted. I cried into her shoulder as she stroked my hair.
Yuqi's POV
"Let me help you," Lucas said trying to hug me.
"Fuck off!" I pushed him hard. "It's all your fault! I fell for you! I loved Y/n!"
"Loved is past tense," he said calmly. "I love you Yuqi. Y/n left, didn't she? I didn't, I'm the real deal here."
"Get out," I pointed to the door.
"No," he cupped my cheeks. "Not until you love me back."
"I'll call the cops Lucas," I threatened. "Get out!"
He shook his head then put his lips on mine. I tried to fight it but his lips felt so right on mine. I put my hands in his hair.
He led me to the bedroom then laid me down. He kissed to my neck before sucking on the skin lightly.
"Let me show you how much I love you Yuqi," he whispered.
I nodded then let him continue.
Y/n's POV
"So," Mei Qi spoke. "I would've taken you as the tough one but you're so soft."
I sighed as her fingers ran through my hair. I cuddled my face more into her stomach making her giggle.
"I'll be here for you," she whispered. "I promise."
Mei Qi kissed my hand that was holding her's. I kissed part of her exposed tummy then closed my eyes.
