Y/n's POV
"Babe!" Yena came running to me. "Let's adopt an animal!"
"What? Where'd this come from?" I looked to her confused.
She was smiling brightly.
"Like a dog or cat or something. Please! I want to be a mom to a fur baby," Yena pouted at me.
I chuckled then pecked her lips.
"Okay. You can go pick whatever you want," I took my credit card from my wallet then gave it to her. "Just pick something that'll fit in the apartment." She nodded then took off. "That girl will be the death of me," I said chuckling.
Yena's POV
"Girls! I need help!" I ran through the door of our dorms.
"What? With what?" Minju replied as she was sitting on the counter in the kitchen.
"I need to find an animal to adopt," I told her.
Yuri came around the corner.
"An animal? Try like an animal shelter or pet store," she said.
Minju nodded in agreement.
"Oh, right," I nervously chuckled. "Minju, can I borrow your computer?" She nodded then hopped off the counter, running to her room. She came back then put the computer on the counter. "Thank you."
I typed in animal shelters and a bunch popped up. I clicked on one link that took me to an exotic pet store site. It said they had ants to baby sharks.
I clicked out of it then picked the next site. It was a simple pet store. Mice, rats, cats, dogs, Guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, turtles, and gerbils.
I clicked on a different one that took me to a farm. They had lots of animals so I decided to call them.
"Hello?" I heard on the other end of the line.
"Hi, are you guys going to be open for a while?" I asked seeing as they were about an hour away.
"Yes. We are staying open until 8pm," the girl said.
I looked at the clock, it was 5pm. "Okay thank you," I said before she replied and hung up. "Well I gotta go. I'm gonna surprise Y/n tomorrow so, bye."
Minju and Yuri waved to me as I left. I got into my car, putting the address to the farm into my GPS then took off.
~~TIME SKIP~~
I arrived at the farm after an hour. I parked then walked to the barn house. I saw someone so I went to ask them to look at the animals.
"Hello. Can you help me?" I asked politely.
The person turned to me, revealing that it was a guy.
"Sure. What with?" he asked.
"Where are your animals?" I questioned excitedly.
"Oh, follow me," he walked to a different barn. "We keep them over here at night so wolves or bigger predators can't get them." I nodded as we entered the building. "Feel free to browse."
I looked around at all the different animals.Puppies, kittens, rabbits, ducks, horses, cows, birds, and weirdly a monkey.
As I was looking, I felt a tug on the bottom of my pants leg. I looked down to see the cutest puppy. I bent down making him lick my face.
"Well hello. Aren't you a cutie?" I pet his fur which was as smooth as a velvet couch. "I'm definitely taking you home." He yipped playfully then ran in a circle. "Y/n will love you."
