Y/n's POV
"Y/n!" I looked over to my boss. "Go home, its late."
I bowed gratefully and got my things.
"Good night Hyojung," I bowed to her.
"Night Y/n," she bowed back.
I left the building before heading to my car. I started it then drove off to my apartment. I sighed as the road was empty and the night sky was lit up by the moon.
"I wonder if Hyerin's hungry," I whispered.
I pulled into a little restaurant then ordered some food. I got her cold noodles with chicken and vegetables knowing she loved them both.
I left and resumed my journey to our apartment. I sighed before pulling into the parking lot.
"Bless me achoo," I mumbled.
I walked up to our apartment door and opened it. The essence was filled with sultry music and vanilla scented candles.
"You fucking forgot!" Hyerin yelled as she threw a high heel at me. "You fucking asshole!"
I ducked just in time and the shoe hit the wall. I watched as she angrily walked to our bedroom and slammed the door.
"Oh fuck," I slapped my hand on my forehead. "It's our anniversary."
I set the cold noddles down and noticed the nice dinner she had set up for us. I sighed then walked to the bedroom door.
"Babygirl?" I knocked on the door.
"Fuck off Y/n," she angrily said.
"Can we talk?" I asked making her open the door.
"About what? About who you're cheating on me with?" She snapped.
"What? No, Hyerin I-," she cut me off.
"I mean," she laughed. "Come on, I know you work with that girl, what's her name? Hyojung? She's got bigger boobs than mine, is that it? Am I not perfect enough?"
"What? Hyerin, where is this coming from?" I asked worried.
"We haven't fucked in weeks Y/n! You haven't once touched me!" She hit the wall. "I just want you to love me!"
"I do love you Hyerin," I said calmly.
"Like hell you do!" She turned to me angrily. "If you did, you wouldn't forget we had plans tonight! But no, you wanted to stick your dick in Hyojung!"
"I didn't do that!" I yelled. "I wouldn't cheat on you!"
"Now you're getting all defensive because you know you've been fucking caught!" Hyerin screamed.
"I have not ever and will never cheat on you!" I looked into her eyes. "I love you Hyerin!"
"I hate you Y/n," she said. "I can't believe I ever wasted my time on you."
"Hyerin," I said in a hurt voice.
"I think we should see other people," she whispered. "That way you can be with Hyojung and I can be with Taemin."
"Wait, what?" My eyes widened. "Taemin?"
"Yes," she scoffed. "Why are you so surprised? You've been cheating on me so I cheated back."
"I've never cheated on you," I whimpered.
"You know what Y/n?" Hyerin laughed. "I think you need to go."
"But Hyerin," I said. "Please, I never cheated. You can ask my boss, I've been working my ass off for a promotion."
"Uh huh," she shook her head. "Yeah sure."
"Please babygirl," I grabbed her hands. "I love you."
"And I love Taemin," she pulled her hands away from me. "He treats my body right. He's a man and he's very charming."
I looked away from Hyerin. She scoffed and pushed me to the front door.
"Can I at least show you something?" I asked with a tear running down my face.
"Make it quick," she rolled her eyes.
I went over to the entertainment stand in our living room and opened a drawer. I pulled it out then reached behind the shelf rack.
"I was saving this but I only bought it a week ago," I mumbled as I walked to her. "Maybe Taemin can give it to you since I can't."
I handed her the ring box making her eyes widen. Hyerin looked up at me with teary eyes.
"Because I guess I'm a cheater," I left the apartment.
I walked down the hallway before leaning my back against the wall. I started crying hard as I slid down.
Hyerin's POV
My hands trembled as I held the velvety box in my hands. I gulped then opened it before seeing a beautiful ring.
My chest ached as I looked at the ring. This had to cost a lot. I took it out of the box and put it on; a perfect fit.
I ran out of the apartment seeing Y/n running up the stairs. I followed her quickly, I fucked up so bad.
She ran up to the roof top with me following her every step. She stopped at the ledge of the building making my stomach drop.
"Y/n," I whimpered. "Wait, don't do this."
"Why?" She laughed and turned to me. "I lost everything that I've lived for. You, my mom, my dad, my sister. Nothing's right anymore Hyerin."
"But I can make it right again," I took a step forward making her step back. "Y/n, don't."
"You act like you care about me," she squinted her eyes at me. "But you don't."
"I do," I cried. "I'm so sorry I did this. Please, get away from the ledge."
"Ever since Hyung died, I didn't know what to do with myself," she said. "I was so distraught and he was just taken away from me. I never understood how the world could be so cruel until today. I wasn't meant to be here."
"Y/n no," I cried harder. "This isn't true. Your brother would want you to be alive."
"Don't talk about what he wants," the tall girl snapped at me. "You didn't even know him."
"I got to know him from the stories you told me," I said calmly. "You let me know him."
"Fuck you Hyerin," my heart ached. "I gave you my love, my time, even my money and you still fucked me over."
"I'm sorry," I shook my head. "I know it's too late for that but I don't know what else to say."
"Try nothing," I put my head down. "Just don't say anything."
"Please," I saw the tears dripping from my eyes onto the ground. "I love you Y/n. I don't know what else to do without you."
I didn't hear a response, just a loud crash and a woman screaming. I looked up to see Y/n gone.
"No," I mumbled. "No, no, no." I looked over the edge seeing Y/n laying on the ground. "No! Y/n!"
I quickly ran down every flight of stairs on the apartment complex and made my way to Y/n.
"Baby!" I shook her. "You can't leave like this! Please!"
I held her close to me. My hands ran through her soft hair as her blood made my shirt and shorts red.
I cried harder as I held her tighter. Cops arrived and tried to remove me but I wouldn't let them. I held onto the limp body.
"Please," I whimpered. "I love you so much. You can't leave me."
