no kissing
She watches as he glances over at her, his lips parting in a slight smile. He looks away and then back over, his attention not solely focused on the road. Her eyes widen a bit as she feels him swerve over into a ditch before getting back onto the main road. "Seriously?" She says, smacking his arm. "You can't do that!"
"I'm sorry," he shakes his head and lets out a short laugh.
"What? What's so funny?" She demands, feeling her chest get hot. She doesn't like when he makes fun of her.
"Nothing," He tells her. She sends him a look. "I promise, it's really nothing important." She nods her head and pulls her knees up to her chest. Looking out the car window, she lets out a sigh. "I just keep thinking about something," he mentions, causing her to glance back over at him.
"Okay, what is it?" She questions, propping her elbow up on the center console. His green eyes find their way to hers, and she lets out a calm breath.
"Honestly?"
"Honestly."
"I can't get over the fact that we're practically dating," he says, with a smile touching at his lips. She sends him another look, completely surprised by this.
"We're not dating," she retorts, shaking her head.
"Yeah, I think we are," he replies in a 'duh' type of way.
"How? We haven't even kissed yet," she exposes with furrowed eyebrows.
"Okay, and? We haven't kissed yet because you don't want to."
"That's because I'm waiting," she explains.
"For what? The right time?" He asks with a grin, which causes her to grin.
"Exactly, the right time, the right moment, the right place, and the right person."
"I am the right person."
"Are you?" She teases.
"Yeah," he hurriedly pokes at her stomach as a way to tickle her. "I'm the right person, just you watch, Liv."
"You want to kiss me that bad, huh?" She questions, resting her head on top of her knees. He looks over at her and shakes his head.
"No, I want to date you that bad. I don't care about the kissing," he says with a wink. "That can come later."
"You're silly, Teddy," she tells him as she rolls her eyes. "No kissing, at least, for a while."
"So, does that mean we're dating?"
There's a pause.
"Fine," She lets out an exaggerated groan, "we're dating."
