Chapter Ten

Bit of a time skip to around current time.

I've been super busy lately shooting the new season of the last kingdom but I have the weekend off which I'm spending going to my first Glastonbury with Richard and we're getting the full experience by camping. I've been to Coachella like every Californian has and a few smaller festivals but I'm excited for my first Glastonbury. Richard however has been numerous times over the years. Our time spent together has been a little short lately as we've both been busy but we're still going strong and I'm excited to see him this weekend. We drove down the day before and are staying in a hotel to avoid all the traffic leaving London tomorrow. I'm sorting out stuff for tomorrow and decide to post my festival essentials whilst Richard is showering "Excuse the wet hair and tired face. I got in from Budapest yesterday and I'm jetlagged and tired from late nights and early mornings. So we're currently in a hotel near where Glastonbury is taking place. We drove down today and we're spending Thursday-Sunday at the festival camping with some friends which should be fun. This is my first Glastonbury which is exciting we have lots of people were excited to see Lewis Capadali, Snow Patrol, Hozier and tons more I really want to see Lizzo perform too because she's amazing to watch live. I thought I would show you what I've packed in terms of essentials. First off we have sunscreen because it's hot here right now and looking after your skin is key, we have sunglasses spare pairs for both of us because you always end up losing stuff at a festival, hat's another essential for sun protection, hand sanitizer because I'm a germaphobe, camera a gift from my dad, spare film, reusable water bottles because their better for the environment and it's important to stay hydrated, blister plasters for your feet after a long day of walking, painkillers just in case, biogradeable wet wipes again good for the environment, facecloth and cleanser for makeup, toilet roll because you always run out. Everything else is clothes and toiletries. I'll show you my outfit in the morning and my other outfits throughout the days. We are gonna order room service and chill for the rest of the night. See you in the morning" I say and post the last story just as Richard comes out of the shower. We order our food and put a movie on "I've missed this you know being able to relax just the two of us" he says "Me too. I know your visits to Budapest where alot of me working but it was nice having you there and not in LA or Paris or wherever else" I say "Once you finish shooting we'll go away somewhere just us no work no distractions" he says "Maybe Bali or Thailand I've never been and I've always been more of an explorer on holiday than a lay on the beach kinda girl" I say "We'll talk about it over the next couple of days and decide somewhere" he says "Love you" I say "Love you too" he says and we kiss.

We're both up pretty early the next morning and grab some breakfast downstairs. Richard is checking out whilst I finish getting ready "So my outfit for Glastonbury day one is denim shorts a cropped grey tank top my ray bans, a black kimono, and tan suede fringe ankle boots which are super comfortable. Hair is in low space buns only jewellery is this silver ring I got from Richard. Makeup is foundation a little concealer mascara winged liner and a nude matte lip. I will post what I used in the next story and link where everything I'm wearing is from" I say and post. I meet Richard at the car and off we go.

We've dropped our stuff at our tent and met up with our friends and we are heading to watch some people perform. It's honestly such an amazing atmosphere here and I've been enjoying just being in the moment with good music and friends. We grab some food and drinks and just chill for awhile before we go to see some more performances.

It's the next day and I surprisingly slept pretty well considering. We grab some breakfast "Day two outfit is a Free People mini dress it's backless which is great same boots a hat my ray bans make up is the same with a little glitter added it's completely eco friendly so no worries and we are ready for day two. I'll link everything again of course" I say and post to stories. We're on our way to watch Lewis Capadali perform when we get stopped by some people "Can we get a photo?" she asks "Of course" I say and we both pose "Thanks so much" they say. We've been lucky enough to not have that happen too much which has been nice to just be normal people for awhile. We're watching Lewis perform and I'm standing in front of Richard and he has his arms wrapped around me from behind "Move in with me" he says and I turn my head to face him "Your serious" I say "Yeah I've been thinking about it for awhile now and I want to wake up beside you every morning and neither one of us has to leave" he says "Okay" I say and we kiss.

Filler chapter Richard has been to Glastonbury in previous years so I thought it'd be a good chapter. I know it's not the best but wanted to update.
