Chapter Twelve

It's taken a couple of weeks but everything is unpacked and we have all our furniture sorted and it finally feels like home. We're heading away in the morning on a little holiday and we have Taron and Emily watching August whilst we're gone. We're heading to Ireland for a couple of days so we're not too far away from home "Packing when you've spent the last few weeks unpacking feels weird" I say as we're both packing our cases for tomorrow "Yeah but it's different this time we're going away to relax unpacking was stressful" he says "Too right" I say. We order food cause we have nothing in the house because of us going away and we just chill before grabbing an early night.

We've been in Ireland for two days now and we've been shopping and exploring and had some really nice dinners out and today we are going on a hike so we're both in gym stuff. The scenery here is amazing and reminds me and Richard alot of Scotland. We've reached the top of the mountain and I'm busy taking photos with my camera when something moves in front of my lens messing with my focus so I try to refocus and see its a ring and I turn around and see Richard holding it "Freya Vittori Volkova my beautifully strong and caring girlfriend. We've known each other for almost a year now and every day I spend with you is the best day of my life. You instantly fit in with my family and my nieces already see you as Auntie Freya and I love your family I knew the first moment I saw you that we were gonna be something long lasting and I've been holding onto this ring since after Glastonbury when I asked you to move in with me. I asked your dad for permission when he came to help us move and I've been waiting for the right time. We've both said we'd know when the time was right and I feel like today is that day. So will you marry me" he says and I'm kinda speechless so I just nod and kiss him and he places the ring on my finger "I love you" he says "I love you too" I say and kiss him again "I was so not expecting that at all" I say "I didn't want you to" he says and I kiss him again. We facetime my dad and Richards family that night and decide to tell our friends when we get home.

We spent another two days in Ireland and it's nice to get home. Taron and Emily are dropping August off later in the day so I put on laundry and have a little nap after we get home. It's early evening when they arrive and I grab the door "Welcome home" he says and I take August from him "I missed you" I say and cuddle him "It's only been a couple of days Freya calm it with the affection" he says "Missed you too Taron" I say "Is that what I think it is" Emily says looking at my hand "It is he asked me when we were away" I say and I get squashed in a hug between between the two. We order some food and toast to our engagement. Over the next few days we tell our friends about the engagement.

Some eagle eyed fans caught a glimpse of Freya's engagement ring recently when the pair we're spotted having lunch at an English pub. The pair have had their ups and downs since getting together in October of last year but have come back stronger than ever and are couple goals. They've recently moved into their first home together outside of London in the countryside and have an adorable dog together. Neither have mentioned anything of the engagement on their social media and Freya had said previously we may have never known they were engaged when it happened and we wouldn't have if it wasn't for this fan. Congratulations from us to the happy couple.

A/N: I'm aware Richard is currently living in LA but I felt like because Freya moved from LA it didn't make sense for them to move back and this is just a story everything that happens is fiction with a few real time events thrown in so anything is possible in this story.
