Chapter Thirteen

I leave for Brașov in a few days but before I do Richard and I are doing our first interview together and we feel kinda weird about it but we wanted to do it because we've gotten alot of calls about it. I've went for a comfy look wearing my new favourite sweat set which is perfect for travelling and I've thrown my newly dyed red hair into a messy pony and I throw on some converse for shoes. We both go straight into hair and makeup mine obviously taking longer and then we're dressed in our first looks and the shoot continues with more outfit changes before we sit down for the interview part "You two look so natural together on camera and we're so happy you agreed to sit down with us. I thought I'd start off with a little would you rather. First one would you rather have too many friends or too little friends" she says "Too little I'd rather be surrounded by a group of genuine people than loads of fake people" I say "I'd have to agree. I have quite a few friends but their people I couldn't imagine not knowing" he says "Very good answers. Would you rather see the world but live in poverty or stay in one place and be rich" she says "See the world but be poor cause you'd be getting a amazing experience and truly enjoying it being in the moment and all that and I love travelling to new places" I say "I'd happily live back home for the rest of my life but I'd rather have adventures travelling with this one" he says "That's so sweet. Would you rather be able to speak whale or read babies minds" she says "Speaking whale would be cool cause you always wonder what their thinking but being able to tell what's wrong with your baby would be pretty handy too. I can't choose" he says "I'd go with speak whale cause knowing what's wrong with your baby yourself is apart of parenthood and always knowing would feel like cheating or too easy" I say "Both valid points. Would you rather be in a real life version of the walking dead or a real life version of American horror story" she says "Depends on which season of American Horror Story all are equally violent and have their own appeal I really liked asylum and roanoke and of course coven with Alex. I think I could survive a zombie apocalypse with my last kingdom training" I say "Yeah we'd survive a zombie apocalypse maybe not American Horror Story though" he says "Your both about to be superheroes in opposite comic book universes. Is it a dream come true and will their be some rivalry cause Marvel and DC are always trying to outdo each other" she says "We tend to keep work and our relationship as separate as possible. We also support each other in everything we do and I don't think we'd let the competition between Marvel and DC effect us and every boy wants to be a superhero" he says "I agree with Richard we keep things as separate as possible and we're always proud of what the other does. I'm also super excited about being a superhero I had a costume fitting recently and people are gonna lose it when they see it. I love it so much and can't wait to start shooting" I say "Love the hair by the way red suits you. Do you ever feel pressure in your relationship to be a certain way knowing everyone's watching" she says "No. I spent a lot of time in the beginning of my career trying to please everyone and it ended up impacting my health and ruined the thing I loved doing for a long time and it's only in the last year I've started enjoying it again. We're as real as we can be if people wanna judge us for getting married too soon or not being affectionate enough in public then who cares. The only person who's opinion I care about are Richards and my friends and family" I say "Seeing you two interact with each other here today everything is so natural and your clearly both so in love with each other. I have to mention your friendship with Taron and he is sorta responsible for you guys getting back together" she says "He likes to remind us of that regularly. He's great though working with him on Rocketman was an incredible experience and we had alot of fun" he says "Taron is like an annoying sibling he's constantly around and he always makes us laugh so much I love having him as a friend" I say "I can't let you go before asking about wedding plans any ideas when we'll see you two walk down the aisle" she says "The next year is pretty busy for both of us we've also just moved house so we're settling in there. I have started getting ideas though but it will probably be another year or so" I say "I've loved chatting to you both and thanks so much for sitting down with us" she says "Thank you for having us" I say.

Richard and I head out for lunch afterwards and just have a chill day at home. I'm doing some packing when I get sent through some shots from today and their ones I didn't even know they took and I show Richard "They gonna use these" he says their candid shots of us before the shoot even started there's one of Richard looking at me without me knowing whilst I was getting my makeup done and another one between shots where we're just sitting and my legs are in Richards lap and he's absentmindly drawing patterns on my leg "Their asking permission to" I say "Their so different to the paparazzi shots they'd look nice in the house. We don't have that many photos of us" he says "Yeah it would. I'll ask them to send some copies over" I say and I go back to packing.
