I arrive in Cannes a few days later and meet up with Taron and make final arrangements. We talk the receptionist into giving me a key to Richards room where I'll wait until he arrives back from his photo call to get ready for the premiere. I hear the door open and he walks in unbuttons his jacket and then sees me "Hi before you say anything I'm sorry I lied to you and pushed you away it's just when I had those couple of bad days and saw the toll it took on you it broke me and I just got scared but I realized that wasn't my decision to make you knew what you signed up for and I guess I didn't trust that you wouldn't leave when things got tough but I love you so much before the Golden Globes I told your mom that but I never told you and now I am because I'm done running and being scared" I say and he's silent until he closes the distance between us and he kisses me "I love you too and God I missed you" he says when we break apart "I missed you too" I say "I can't believe you came all the way here what about work" he says "I had a free day thank Taron he helped he wanted me at the London premiere but I can't with work so I decided Cannes he told me how miserable you were without me" I say "I wasn't that bad" he says "I know. Now we have a premiere to get ready for" I say "We have a little time before all that" he says "What did you have in mind" I say "This" he says and kisses me again "And this" he says kisses my cheeks and starts trailing them down my neck and you can guess where things went from there.
Gareth arrives a little while later to get the boys ready and shows me my dress "Perfect thank you I know it was short notice. I'm gonna disappear for awhile and do my hair and makeup and I'll be back to wow you all" I say and I leave and go to Tarons room where his mom is getting ready. I have extensions in from shooting the last kingdom so I'm able to go for a braided crown with loose waves for my hair and I keep my makeup simple and Gareth comes to take a photo "Stunning Richard is gonna lose his shit when he sees you" he says "Thanks again for organising this" I say. I return to Richards room and the boys are suited and booted "Very handsome both of you" I say "You are beautiful" Richard says "He told me the same thing before you walked in don't be jealous" Taron says "Never" I say and kiss Richard.
I let the cast do their thing on the red carpet not wanting to take away from Richards moment but I answer some press questions and quietly confirm we're back together. The movie is incredible and I cry of course and we arrive at the after party and Elton makes a beautiful speech "Before Taron and I sing a little song for you all someone else has someone they want to thank" he says and I see Richard get up on stage "Oh god please no" I say "Hi everyone the person I want to thank is someone who has become very important to me in the time that I've known her. I've been an embarrassing idiot when it comes to her because she makes me nervous because I never fully know what she's thinking in that head of hers. She's got me into yoga which is something I'd never thought I'd say and I think she's beautiful and smart and passionate and strong and a million other things. We lost our way recently but we've found our way back to each other and we're not letting go anytime soon. She's probably going to hate me for making a public declaration like this but I hope she'll forgive me and come up here and make it even more embarrassing" he says and I make my way through the crowd and on stage "I hate you so much right now" I say "Love you too darling" he says and he kisses me. We watch Elton perform and Richard gives me his jacket when it gets cooler and we dance and drink and have an amazing time just being together.

FreyaSofia: Words cannot describe how incredible this movie is. I cried alot and I smiled alot. Dexter and Elton did an amazing job telling this story and Taron was just incredible and Icouldn't imagine anyone being a better Elton John his voice his acting everything was perfect. The entire cast was incredible. I was honored to get to share this experience with them. Go see this movie I couldn't recommend it more. I haven't forgotten about my wonderful handsome boyfriend who was amazing and his dancing and singing wasn't as bad as he made me think. I'm slightly hungover this morning after last night's celebrations but I just had to post this. I will now be ordering way too much room service and taking a nice relaxing bath whilst I wait for Richard to come back.
I'm just out of the bath when Richard comes back "You up for the Chopard party tonight?" he asks "For a little while sure I have my flight to New York tomorrow press starts Monday hence why I can't be in London for the premiere" I say "I'm a bit all over the place the next week or two but I am in New York twice throughout the week" he says "Maybe once things cool down you could come to Budapest for a visit" I say "If it means spending time with you I'd go anywhere we've been apart too long" he says "That we have" I say and kiss him.
