The Other Uchiha [BNHA Fanfic X Naruto]

Part 50

*3rd person point of view*

Soon after the meeting with team 7, the streets of Konoha started to fill with ninjas from all over. Some people where excited about this while others felt like something bad was going to happen. 

Shi is one who is just bored with this whole thing and just wants to have a fight already. Deciding the best choice of action Shi went to the training grounds to try and prepare his new ability before the battle. 

Whilst standing in the middle of a clearing Shi extended his open hand and tried to create a fire in it. "Come on" Shi said pushing himself to create it. A small blue spark went off before disappearing. Shi fell down onto the ground breathing heavely. 

"Maybe getting this power boost just before the Chunin exam was not the best choice of action." 

With a loud sigh Shi stood back up and tried to create a flame on only one finger. A blue light started to emerge on his finger before going away. 

Shi fell to his knees in defeat. "DAMMIT I CANT EVEN CREATE A FREAKING SPARK!" He said slamming the ground. Suddenly there was the sound of someone walking towards him. Shi quickly looked up and saw no one other then Gaara. "What are you trying to do?" He asked looking down at Shi. 

"I got a stupid power boost but now i cant even create a spark without being out of breath" Shi said as he stood up and cleaned off his pants. 

"Sounds like your doing it wrong then" Gaara said as he created a ball of sand in his hand. "Back when i learned to use mothers abilities i was out of breath by just creating a small ball. I had to rethink on how to do manipulate the sand" Gaara said as he let the sand go and watched Shi have this odd look on his face. 

"Rethink....Manipulate....I GOT IT! GAARA YOUR A GENIUS!" Shi yelled as he picked up a leaf that was in the ground. "I should not make it out of thin air. What i need now is a basis to begin until i can control it again" Shi said as he focused his ability into the leaf. The tiny leaf irrupted into a bright blue flame causing Shi to drop it from its sudden exposure. 

"Well i guess you will be finding a way to use it correct?" Gaara asked as he walked away. "Y-yeah....I j-just need some ressstttttt" Shi said as he fell to the ground out cold. 

Gaara sighed loudly as he exited the forest. "He needs more power if he wants to beat me"
