Chapter 15

Kelsey

I ran towards the woods not even caring that I was barefoot. I had token my heels off while carrying Ethan down the stairs or the apartment building. I had never ran this fast. I have seen Scott run in full werewolf mode but I was going way faster than he was. At this rate I could be at the building any minute.

You're probably wondering how I know where to go, well with this new werewolf abilities I can smell a lot better so I can follow Derek's scent and it will lead me to wherever he is.

A few minutes later I reached a abandoned building, I'm not sure what it was used for but I could smell many werewolves in it or that were it in, indicating this had been used a lot by werewolves.

When I walked in Scott was on the ground and Derek was pinned against what looked like a giant heater by Jennifer. They held each other necks as she slammed him multiple times into the heating thing.

Dereks eyes then started glowing their electric blue color and he growled at Jennifer.

"Your fifteen minutes are up" Wait. OH THE LUNAR ECLIPSE. Wait, doesn't that mean I shouldn't have had my powers? Oh shit. What am I?

He pushed Jennifer off of him onto the floor and I watched as Scott stood up as well. He looked at me with shock and I waved to him before growling at Julia. Before I could get to her she threw a dark ashy substance in the air as I was right behind her, causing me to also be trapped in her circle of mountain ash. She looked behind herself and her eyes almost bugled out of her head when she saw me.

"W-What? You were at the apartment. How did you get here so fast with no powers- wait a minute" Her voice became mischievous "You still had your powers. Never in my day have I seen a real living-"I punched her in the jaw no caring if I would never know what I am.

"You little..." She trailed off spitting blood to the side. She then proceeded to jump/attack me which caused me to move backwards.

I waited for the stinging sensation of the mountain ash circle but it never came. I simple landed on my butt outside the circle. So the lunar eclipse doesn't effect me, mountain ash does nothing but yet I have all the traits of a werewolf. Oh why did I punch her and not let her finish her sentence.

Everyone looked stunned for a moment until Scott started walking towards the circle with his hands up.

"Like I told you Derek, it's either you or the parents!" She was pissed now and I wanted to rip her head of it would be easy but Scott sent me a look.

"Well I guess I will have to take them now" She spat looking around. Her left cheek was red and slightly bruised and I was happy at how I managed to cause her some pain.

"In a few minutes they will be dead and I wont need a lunar eclipse even to kill a demon wolf" Derek looked shocked and he looked at Scott who looked murderous. I was actaully afraid of him.

I growled getting up and stepping into the circle and grabbing her neck and pushing her up.

"You deserve to die, right now in my hands. After everything you put me through and my friends, I should just kill you right now and end it all" I squeezed her neck harder until she was gasping for breath.

"Kelsey! Stop!" Derek yelled. I loosed my grip a little and turned towards him, my face shifted.

"We don't know what you are. If you kill her who knows what will happen." He insisted.

"That's right only I know what you are, and trust me if you kill me, well lets just say your not going to be a very sweet person or the same person ever again." I growled giving her neck one last squeeze before dropping her to the ground and leaving the circle.
