Chapter 4

As we sit in the car, I couldn't help but think about what Nathan said earlier. It made me happy that he thought I was talented. As I brought myself out if the thoughts, I realise how awkward the car ride is. I think Noah's mad at me I'll talk to him when I get to school. Speaking of when just pulled up in the school parking lot.

"I'll see you guys later" Nathan says

"Bye" me and Noah say at the same time

As we get out of the car I say:

"Noah, can we talk?"

"Sure, what's up?" he says as he leans against the car

"Are you mad?" I say

"Why didn't you tell me?" he asks

"You would have killed him" I stated

"Like I am not going to do that now" he says

"Anyway, are you mad??" I ask

"Rosabelle, you are my baby sister and I love you. I am upset that you didn't tell me. We tell each other stuff. I hate myself for not being able to protect you. Your growing up into a gorgeous woman and I hate the way all guys look at you. No brother wants his baby sister to get hurt and yet that's what happened. I am so sorry I couldn't protect you."He says looking upset

I throw my arms around his neck "I am so sorry. This is my fault" I say.

"No Rosy, it's not" I smile at his use of my nickname as he kisses the top of my head.

I pull away.

"Can I ask you a favour?" I ask

"Sure, Honey" he says

"I need you to come with me so I can break up with him?" I ask desperately

"Of course, Darling but can I punch him?" he says

I roll my eyes

"Come on" I say

We go inside and as I suspected Ethan's there, leaning against the wall. I look up to my brother and see his face fill up with anger as he sees him. I wrap my arms around his waist, and he give me a reassuring smile.

Ethan spots me and says "Hey, Babe" as he leans down to kiss me. I push him away.

I look at Noah and see he is trying not to laugh

"Um.... Hi" I say nervously

Noah grabs my hand as a sign of comfort

I look up to see Ethan's face full of confusion.

"Sorry, but I am breaking up with you" I say as I hear Noah chuckle beside me

"Excuse me??" he asks

"I am breaking up with you" I say louder

"WHAT???? You little bitch" he says as his hand is about to make connection with my face.

Luckily, Noah grabs his hand and steps forwards.

"TREAT MY SISTER LIKE THAT AND YOUR DEAD" Noah yells

I look around to see that there is crowd around us.

"Leave her alone and you won't get hurt" Noah says calmly

Ethan walks away.

"Thank you, Big bro" I say as I kiss his cheek

"I am proud of you. You know that and next time talk to me when need help. Promise?"

"Ok" I say as I wrap my arm around his waist and rest my head on his chest.

I am so glad to have an amazing brother like him.
