Chapter 14

Nathan's point of view

I can't do this anymore
I am breaking up with you

The words keep running through my head. Rosabelle was acting distant but I didn't think she would break up with me. I don't know what happened. Did I do something wrong? I thought things were going great.

"Dude!" someone shouts

I snap out of my thoughts and look up to see Noah, Andrew and Oliver looking at me. They don't know Rosabelle broke up with me. She started acting distant after the competition in which Oliver and Rosabelle won.

I sigh

I guess I have to tell them.

"She broke with me" I say defeated

Shock covers their faces

"W-wwhat?" Noah says

Rosabelle's point of view

I had to do it. I had to break up with him. Ethan won't hurt him if I did. I'm going to go to the place I thought I would never go to again to prove we broke up. The university of Music and Dance in California offered me a full scholarship including housing. I'm going to take it, to protect the people I love. Ethan can't threaten me if I'm not around. He can't send me those messages.

I'm pulled out of my thoughts as Amber and Charlie walk in. I've been avoiding them too.

"Next time, you want to hide something don't leave your phone lying around" Charlie's says as he throws my phone onto my bed

Wow, he's mad.

"You're not going" Amber says sternly

"I have to go. I'll just kiss a few boys and I know he'll be watching. He would know we broke up" I say, tired

What they don't know is I'm going to be going to California right after I'm done showing him that me and Nathan broke up. I started putting my savings together when I first started to receive messages knowing I would need the money.

The thing is Ethan is not the only one who raped me. People at that place did as well. I was forced to go when me and Ethan were dating. I'll probably end up having sex with someone but Charlie and Amber don't know that. They just think I get to drunk when I go there. Ethan has the sources to hurt everyone and I'm not going to let that happen again.

"You guys need to leave" I say as I walk into the bathroom to get ready.

I arrive at that place and do what I planned and then I dissappear.
