Clary woke up with a start, kicking and screaming.
"Shhhh, it's okay, you're okay." She felt someone stroking her head and tried to back away but was too weak to move.
"It's okay, everything's okay, it's me, Alec. No ones going to hurt you now. I've got you, it's okay,"
"Alec?" She sobbed.
"Yeah, it's me."
"Oh thank god. I have to tell you what happened."
"You need to rest Cla-"
"No you need to hear this. Alec he's my brother, Sebastian is my brother."
"Your brother?"
"Before I was born my mom had a baby and she though he died but apparently Valentine raised him in secret. And now Valentine's dead and Jonathan is trying to bring him back to life and he's pure evil Alec. He," She sobbed again. "He used a shape shifting demon to hurt me, they chained me up and I couldn't move and it hurt so bad and I'm so scared. I don't want him to come back and hurt any of you like he hurt Izzy."
"It's okay, it's okay I'm here and I promise I won't let him near you or anyone of us again." Clary sobbed against Alec uncontrollably. She heard the infirmary door open and saw the darkness consume her.
