Naruto saw as hinata was sprawled on the ground, sasuke by her side wounded and she was carrying a little redhead child.
Naruto ran and checked her.
"Hinata..hinata..." he said worriedly.
Hinata fluttered her eyes opened.
She smiled at naruto then she pointed at sasuke and sakuragi.
Naruto nodded.
Lady tsunade along with kakashi and sakura appeared and all of a sudden hinata clutched her bump and let out a scream
"AARRGHHHHHHHAAAAA" hinata screamed, though she was in her seventh month of pregnancy yet she was in labor
Lady tsunade looked intently.
"Sakura hurry, she is in labor, kakashi carry sasuke... naruto carry hinata, sakura carry the child follow me to the hospital." Tsunade said and all rushed to the hospital.
"Who is the father of these children.." tsunade asked a rhetorical question. She was shocked that hinata was still alive, and she is here in labor.
And why is sasuke with hinata.. many questions needed to be answered.
"Is it the quite time to ask such questions lady tsunade" kakashi asked puzzled.
Tsunade scoffed.
Sasuke opened his eyes.. looking at hinata who was looking at him saying..
"Sasuke..sasuke.."she said as she sobbed.
"Sakuragiii.." she yelled
"Mommy..." sakuragi yelled back.
"Hinata, hinataaaa......TAKE CARE OF HER" sasuke growled.
"Hinata lay down you are in labor listen to me... we need her into the ER" tsunade said gently.
Hinata nodded.
"Calm down sasuke, your wounds are fatal... sakuraaaa come heal sasuke" Naruto yelled summoning sakura.
"Hinata will be fine calm down" naruto assured his best friend and sasuke nodded.
Sakura's heart was twisting in pain, she never ever encountered sasuke caring about someone's well being like he does with hinata except for naruto.
She rushed over and started healing sasuke.
Sasuke was hearing hinata's screams.
"ARGHHHHAAAAA...AHAAAA" hinata was in pain, she was vulnerable, her chakra was drained.
"Hurry we need to get the baby out, or she'll die... HURRY" tsunade said to the operation team.
"Push hinata push..."
hinata was pushing but she was so tired, dehydrated, wounded and her chakra drained.
"Push again... almost there..." Tsunade said.
Sakura healed sasuke, wrapped a bandage around his wounds.
He got up, sakura tried to stop him but he pushed her away, after three straight hours of healing and hearing hinata's screams he headed for the operation room.
"You are not fine now you need to rest..sasuke kun"sakura said worriedly
"Get out of the way.. SAKURA" he snorted. He walked with his saline solution and tubes inserted inside his arms.
He went to see hinata, pushed the door opened to find hinata all sweaty and damped.
She was bluish and heaving.
They saw them taking the third baby out of her.
"The third one is bluish... revive him hurry" a doctor growled.
And then all of a sudden hinata's ECG turned to a line, with a beep sound..
Sasuke's eyes snapped opened.
"HINATAAA HINATAAAA..." he screamed as he saw hinata's eyes shutting.
"We are losing her, hurry..." tsunade yelled
"Get him OUT OUT.." she growled at sasuke, naruto pushed sasuke out of the operation  room. Sasuke saw hinata bleeding profoundly out of her vagina.
Like a pool of blood.
They saw the doctors putting oxygen mask over her mouth.
"Stop the bleeding immediately..." he heard the doctors scream.
Sasuke watched as they teared her gown opened.
And with the DC shock.
"NOW CHARGE"
"1...2...3 CLEAR" and a shock so they would revive her.
Sasuke watched and with tears filling his face.
"HINATAAA NOOO" he went rampage.
Sakura inserted a hypnotic needle on his neck.
Sasuke's eyes slowly closed with the echoing voice of clear and the DC shock.
Naruto held his limp body, and carried his best friend to rest.

Sasuke fluttered his eyes opened to find himself inside his room, he looked to the side to see naruto holding a baby, kakashi holding another one, and shikamaru holding a third one. Gaara was sitting with sakuragi on his lap.
Sasuke pulled himself up.
"He wanted to stay by your side..." Gaara said as he held sakuragi who had both his legs bandaged.
"Hinata..." he cringed.
"Haven't you seen those awesome triplets.. sasuke" naruto said as the three of them approached sasuke.
"We didn't know who is the father, but they are a copycat of you and hinata" naruto smiled.
Sasuke looked at the three babies... hinata was pregnant in triplets..
"Sure sasuke is a lucky bastard, his sperms are powerful" naruto teased.
Sasuke snorted.
He looked at his babies, two of them had his hair, with one Byakugan eye and the other sharingan.
"Those are males.." shikamaru said smiling.
"And here is your baby female..." naruto pointed to the little girl who had hinata's hair, with one Byakugan and a sharingan.
Sasuke smiled then asked again.
"Where is hinata..." sasuke asked hoping to get the answer of she survived, he was so scared to lose her.
"I haven't seen you caring that much sasuke.." naruto smiled.
"Stop it naruto where is she..." he growled
Naruto looked down, with a sad face.
"Sasuke.. we are afraid to tell you.." shikamaru retorted.
Sasuke's eyes snapped opened.
"Guys.. stop it, its no time for such, rest assure sasuke, hinata is sleeping in the room by you..." gaara retorted.
Sasuke felt tears falling down, he got up, and limped to reach for hinata's room.
Naruto gave the baby to a nurse and helped sasuke to reach hinata's.
Sasuke entered the room to find hinata lying down, her eyes closed, her hair sprawled around her like a halo, with an oxygen tube hanging and saline.
He approached her slowly, fell on his knees and kissed the palms of her hands.
"Hinata..." he cried as he put her palm on his face, stroking his.
But sasuke was snapped out when he heard the voice from behind.
"She was not going to survive, the three babies drained all her chakra, she was vulnerable and bled alot, but we managed the bleeding, but she is weak and need attention, we stitched her opening.. it was critical condition, but she survived... she is strong after all" tsunade said looking at sasuke.
"Come sasuke let her rest, somethings need to be discussed. " tsunade retorted and all went to sasuke's room.
Sakuragi cheered.
"Sasuuuu...san" he cheered sasuke, though sakuragi hated sasuke for what he had done to hinata, yet his concern and how he protected hinata made him acknowledge him for now.
Sasuke held sakuragi up, and sat straddling sakuragi on his lap.
Naruto the Hokage sat along with sasuke, shikamaru, gaara, kakashi, sakura and tsunade.
"Sasuke.. is hinata your wife?" Tsunade asked.
"I'll court her soon" sasuke said stoically.
"She had a past like you.. she joined Akatsuki since she was kidnapped and she was going to kill naruto and sakura.." Tsunade continued
"No that didn't happen.. hinata only protected itachi" naruto affirmed.
"No naruto, she was attacking me when i was fighting sassori" sakura interrupted
"Lies" sasuke snapped.
"Hinata would never do that... besides are you bunch of hypocrites" sasuke growled.
"What do you mean..." Sakura growled back
"You forgave me and don't want to forgive hinata.." Sasuke snorted.
Sakuragi watched as they growled back to each other.
He couldn't bear his mother's being mentioned like that.
"I support sasuke..." naruto said and sakura gave him that 'what the hell' look.
"What.. sakura, we forgave sasuke, why don't we forgive her" Naruto said
"At least sasuke is atoning..."sakura yelled
"Yes naruto is right" kakashi said
"Isn't it always about forgiveness sakura" gaara continued
"Yes but sakura is right, at least sasuke atoned, hinata disappeared now, she suddenly appears pregnant unmarried..."tsunade claimed
"What do you mean she is a whore?" Sasuke snapped.
"How dare you speak of her like that" sasuke clenched his teeth.
Sakuragi snapped
"STOP IT" all the arguments stopped suddenly and all looked at the little hazelnut, redhead child.
"MY MOM IS NOT A WHORE, MY MOM IS NOT BAD, SHE RAISED ME WHILE SHE WAS BLIND AND GAVE ME WARMTH AND HOME, SHE LOVED ME AND PROTECTED ME WHEN SHE WAS A CRIPPLE, SHE GAVE ME A HOME...HINATA CHAN IS NOT BAD" sakuragi growled, he then pushed sasuke away and fell on the ground, crawling to reach his mother.
"I WILL PROTECT YOU MOMMY NO ONE SHALL HARM YOU..." Sakuragi cried and crawled to reach hinata's room. All stared in awe at the boy, who was desperate to reach hinata.
Sasuke stood up and carried sakuragi.
"I guess you now understand" sasuke said giving his back to the gang and walked out to reach for hinata.
Everyone looked at each other puzzled.
"Guess the little one said it all" kakashi sighed.
Sakura gritted her teeth and followed sasuke to hinata's room.
Sasuke sat on the chair by hinata, hearing the beeps of her heart.
Sakuragi was on his lap..
"Will mommy be okay.." Sakuragi asked
"She will saku-chan... she will" he patted the red-haired boy.
"Why did you placed a seal on here sasuke" sakuragi asked.
"I did horrible things in the past, sakuragi, and hurting your mother was one of them, but wasn't my intention, i was in rage, thank god, she showed me the light, along with naruto" sasuke smiled and kissed his head.
Sakura came inside.
"What do you want..." sasuke asked coldly.
"Why her sasuke-kun.." sakura asked
"Why me sakura?" Sasuke asked back
Sakura was taken aback.
"What do you mean... sasuke"
"Why did you love me? Because i was cool? Mysterious, my looks..."
sakura was silent.
"No, because.."
"I don't know why i love her sakura.. its just i do.. no reason, maybe because she showed me the light, maybe because she is gentle, tender, strong, beautiful, has a good heart, endured pain, we have many things in common... all these are reasons, but i don't have one... its because she is hinata...she is gentle, my sunshine, my salvation, my home, my comfort, she understands me better than anyone, as for you.. you don't really love me, your love is obsessing, and shallow..."
"Bu..but" sakura stuttered
"She trained while she was blind, she protected me, she understood me... I love hinata... " sasuke said with a genuine smile.
Sakura took a step back, she can't win sasuke's affection, the way he looked at hinata is genuine and full of love.
Sakura cried and went away.

"Auh..ha.." hinata fluttered her eyes opened. The flashing light hurt her eyes.
She was greeted with a nurse smiling above her, taking off her oxygen mask.
"Welcome back"
"Sasuke?" She said as she held her hands.
"Hina..hinaaa" sasuke got up from his deep slumber as he felt hinata's hand moving inside his grip.
"Sasuke? Sakuragi" hinata smiled as she saw sakuragi sleeping on the couch.
"Hinataaa.." sasuke approached and kissed her temple, face, nose, lips, chin and every inch of her face.
He hugged her tightly.
"Thank god you are back..." sasuke said while tears falling down his face, hinata wiped them with her thumb.
"The baby?" Hinata said as she stroke her tummy.
Three nurses came inside holding three babies.
"Please meet our children..." sasuke smiled
Hinata was shocked
"Three ?"
"Two males and a female..." sasuke said as he kissed her hands.
Hinata held her three babies kissing them.
Her tears fell
"They are so beautiful..." hinata smiled at sasuke who was sitting by her, his arms around her shoulder.
"Please breast feed them, they need your colostrum." The nurse said as she handed her the babies, hinata took her gown off, she was blushing as sasuke watched her feeding them, babies sucking her nipples.
"You still shy from me hina.." sasuke leaned forward and kissed her.
Hinata blushed and nodded.
"What shall we name them.." sasuke asked.
"Eiji the first, akira and isla the girl" hinata smiled
Sasuke sealed their lips together.
"Mommy..." sakuragi got up and rested his head on hinata's lap.
"Saku-chan, you are now big brother... i want you to act like one" hinata said genuine.
"Hai mommy.." he kissed her cheeks.
Hinata held two babies, sasuke held sakuragi and isla. And hugging hinata.
"Hina..." sasuke said huskily
"Hmm" hinata hummed.
"Marry me.. hinata.." sasuke said
Hinata's eyes brightened.
Her eyes filled with tears, she kissed sasuke's lips and murmured.
"Yes sasuke..yes"
Sasuke smiled, he kissed her back, leaned his head over hers, she was leaning hers over his chest, cuddling with sakuragi, eiji and akira.
Sasuke held isla and hugged her tightly.
"Okay Mrs uchiha..." sasuke whispered.
