"Is there anything more painful than seeing those you love...die." That was a quote I heard years ago, just some kid watching an edgy fan animation about a beloved video game icon being put into a mature setting. I didn't know that years later I would know and feel what that quote meant, it's pretty ironic huh? I'm here bleeding out and on the verge of death, thinking about what I did as a kid...I wish I could've done more in my life. All my friends...well...dead friends hate me. I lashed out on them, blaming all that happened in the past. The person I am now would've probably joined them if he met what I was like before all this happened. I wasn't that impressive back in school, a typical outsider, introverted, the list goes on. Even though in the last 2 years... well, I actually don't know how long it's been at this point, anyway even though these powers might have been a curse, I actually kinda enjoyed myself. I finally got to be the person I wanted to be, someone people could look up to, someone who could be a hero...some hero I am.

"I wish I could have done more" I rasped

Here I lay with 2 gaping wounds in my stomach, missing an arm, and in a high-security military base. I have no one who can save me, I'm pathetic. I'm still the same...I haven't changed a bit.

"I'm sorry everyone" I said

I did end up beating her...but I wasn't in any condition to take on the final boss, that's why I gave it to hear to finish the job...so what's even the point. "Oh boy! Look at me, I saved the entire universe, just to be wiped from existence!" I looked down at my left hand, which is see-through and glitching, in fact. All my body was fading, it was because of a time paradox. It was because of those damn potions, I was never supposed to use them in my world. If she can manipulate space-time and take me to a different universe, then making a preset timeline in where I'm never supposed to use the potions should be possible. She did say that herself anyway. I should've listened to Fisher, but maybe it's not all hopeless for me. I gave her it though, if she uses it, then she should inherit my power...

"Who am I kidding" I laughed

After what I did?! It was close to impossible, not how I treated her. She probably hates me.

"W...why? Why can't I stop laughing!" I laughed

I know why, I know how pathetic I am on the inside, how I'm the embodiment of human trash. I decided to look out to the barren landscape I was in...but who is that in the distance? Abby...is that you?
