"So you want me...me," Sirius Black said to his friend Remus Lupin with a gesture of pointing both of his thumbs to his chest for a more dramatic effect, "to tour the new student? Me? Are you serious?"

"No, that's you but yes I want you to tour the new kid," Remus replied casually. Unbeknownst to Sirius, Moony was already feeling the effects of the incoming full moon. It was three days till the shift but he already felt uneasy. Professor McGonagall asked him to guide an exchange student from Ilvermorny tomorrow but he felt that he couldn't do it, especially with his all-over-the-place emotions. He would ask James but he knew he wanted to spend his time chasing his Lilyflower. Peter was not a better option either because he wasn't the greatest social butterfly out there. So his safest bet was Sirius, who is currently refusing his favour.

"Please Pads. I'll make it up to you, I swear. You know how to deal with people better than I do. If Professor Dumbledore asks why you're in my place, tell him about my furry little problem which is in three days! Three!" he added so he could be more convincing.

"Alright, alright," Sirius sighed, "I'll do it but you owe me one, a'right?"

"Yeah, yeah. Thanks, mate," Remus smiled triumphantly.

(Y/n) didn't want to do it. She was happy in Ilvermorny but her parents were both from Hogwarts and they wanted their only child to attend the school they attended. (Y/n) was born in London, but her parents moved to America when she was only a month old. Now, they would have to go back there.

"Is there any way I could stay here, mom?" she had to try.

"No can do, (y/n)! Come on. You'll love it there! The people are wonderful. And food, gosh, don't let me get started with that," her mom sighed dreamily. It seems like she's reminiscing her days in Hogwarts.

(Y/n) sighed loudly, breaking her mom from her thoughts.

"Look, (y/n). It's not the worst thing that could happen. Believe me, I was muggle-born," her mom said, "will you at least try?"

"Of course, mom, I will," (y/n) said, putting her last bag into the trunk.

(Y/n) arrived after dinner so she had met few people on the way to bed.

"Okay, Miss (l/n), a prefect from your house will come any minute," Professor Dumbledore smiled at her. "He'll be the one to show you around."

"Oh okay," (y/n) replied, looking around in the office where silver instruments are turning.

After a few minutes, (y/n) heard scraping of a brick wall and the stopping of the circular stairs to office. The door opened and in came a good-looking guy around her age.

"Sirius Black! What a surprise!" the headmaster said kindly.

"Well, Professor, you see, Remus couldn't make it because of his - uhm - uh, furry little problem, if you - uh - know what I mean," Padfoot said, feeling small in front of the headmaster.

"Of course! Of course," Dumbledore clapped his hands and rubbed them together, "well then, I'll leave Miss (l/n) here in your care. I trust you'll know what to do, Mr. Black?"

"Yes, sir, of course," he replied and turned to look at the girl sitting in front of the headmaster's desk.

She's gorgeous, he thought. But he brushed this thought away as he was in front of the head of Hogwarts.

"Miss (l/n), Mister Sirius Black here will be the one to accompany you around, seeing that Remus, the prefect, wasn't available. You could always tell me if he's giving you any troubles," he winked at (y/n) and glared playfully at Padfoot.
