"Guys..." Joe said, "Guess where we are going?!"
"Auntie Zoe's?!" Jess asked me, halfway down the stairs.
"Yes!" Dianne butted in, "We are going to Auntie Zoe's!"
"Auntie Zoe's?!" Riley asked, running to the top of the landing, "Yay!"
Dianne and Joe laughed and returned to what they had been doing before, packing a small bag for the journey and making sure the twins had everything they needed along with packing them each a backpack.
"Come on son." Joe told Zack, helping him with his coat and bag and giving him a boost into the car.
Once all of the kids were buckled in and safely in their car seats should they need them, Joe got Dianne's stuff and put it into the boot, and then they were all ready to go.
"Let's go!"
