REWRITING AS OF JULY 7TH
It's been 10 years since Strictly series 16, the series where Joe and Dianne met. Now the couple have 4 kids together, and maybe even another!

Joes POV
I loaded the car up with all of the things we needed, then me, the kids and Dianne got in. The kids in the back, me at the wheel and Dianne next to me. Ella was comforting Riley who was crying because she had hurt her foot going down the stairs. The twins were asleep. It was amazing.
It was about a 30 minute drive down to the nearest beach and thankfully, it was the kids favourite beach to go to.
"Daddy? How long until we are there?" Asked Riley, holding her sippy cup in one hand and Ella's hand in the other.
"5 minutes, if that princess." I said, it wasn't even 5 minutes, I was just pulling into the car park now. Once we had parked up and Dianne was getting the kids out of the car I went to get a ticket. Dianne had put the stroller up and Riley was in it already.
"Wow, look at you cool kid." I laughed, Riley smiled.
Ella wanted to push Riley in the stroller so she did, it was a short walk down to the beach but we didn't mind, we had a tent to keep us cool and a picnic along with the kids buckets and spades.
5 minutes later
"We are here kids!" I yelled.
They screamed and ran onto the beach, "Wait for me." I shouted, following them.
We found a space on the sand and set everything up, the kids insisted on me burying them all in the sand, it took a while but once it was done we played a game. I was the evil king who had trapped them in the cellar of my castle and they had to try and escape. Then we built sandcastles and Dianne helped us make a fort to live in.
It really was a fun day!
We went down to the sea and I pulled the twins along on their little surf boards whilst Riley and Ella paddled in the water with Dianne. It was nice and sunny which was good.
We ate our picnic in the tent and then got ice cream. By the end of the day all 4 kids were worn out and ready to go home, so we got them all in the car again and they all fell asleep on the way home...
