Meeting Paige

Dianne's PoV
   We met all of our fans in turn and talked to them, signed shirts, phone cases, and we took multiple pictures. The kids loved it, especially Riley who had never done a meet and greet before.
    I was just happy that none of the buttercreams had turned up, this has probably been advertised everywhere online, and there was a chance that they could have turned up. But thank god they didn't.
   None of them know about the kids yet, and Joe has hidden it pretty well, but all the kids are dying to meet the buttercreams, because, well, their dad is one, but i suppose if it was going to get in the way of his career with them, then it's probably for the best.

"Hey sweetheart." I said to the last fan who must have been about 17 maybe, she was holding a book in which we thought she wanted to get signed, "is that for signing?" Joe asked her with a smile.

She smiled back and giggled, "er, actually it's something for you."

"Oh, thank you." He replied as she handed the book to me.

Aw, she'd gotten us a book from other fans who couldn't make it. At least I thought she had.

I opened it and looked inside. I nearly started to cry, it wasn't what I'd expected at all. It was in fact a book of messages from my Australian family, since my mum and dad had recently gone back over there.

"Oh my god, how did you get this?" I asked, rubbing the tears off my face with my hoodie's sleeve, "but thank you so so much! What's your name?"

"I'm Paige." She laughed, "And i was in Australia, at the beach a couple of weeks ago and I saw them!"
She looked so happy, and had the biggest smile on her face, "So, when I saw them, I know it may be rude to just go up to them-."

I paused her, "No, it's fine to go up, they won't be angry, they love to meet fans to say the least." Joe nodded, "same with mine."

"Oh ok, that's cleared up then." She giggled, "and I knew that you would miss them so much, and I decided that I could do a good deed, and get you some little messages from them."

"Aw that's so sweet of you honey, give us a hug." I opened my arms to her.

"Oh also, I bought something for each of the kids." Paige gestured to them, "I heard that they wanted these things in one of the recent vlogs."

"Ooh ok." Joe laughed, "What's that?"

"Ok, so for Ella." She began, "I got her the hover board she said she wanted, i got Riley her dolls and a double pram."

"Oh my god you're so kind lovely," Joe exclaimed.

She smiled, "by the way, they are all in my dad's car so I will have to get them sooner or later, and for Zack, I bought him his tracksuit and his iPad. I bought Jess the styling head and the doll she really wanted,"

Honestly, how much money must she have spent on buying them all of this? She's honestly such a kind person and she didn't have to, she did it out of the goodness of her heart.

"Oh and for Brielle and Alex, I bought then both the rocking horses and their mobiles for the nursery." She finished, "Wait, I can't forget joe, and I have something else for you Dianne."

She kneeled down and raked about in her bag for a couple of minutes before pulled my out a box, made of cardboard.

"Open it," She giggled.

I took the tape from the top and saw a white box in the corner, labelled Dianne and another labelled joe. I took it out and held it in front of me, as did Joe, and when we turned them over I couldn't believe it. She'd only gone and bought us phones.

"Lord, thank you so much Paige." Joe smiled, "Tha- I have no words, just thank you."

"Oh my goodness girl, you are so nice!" I turned my new rose gold iPhone about and showed Joe it, him doing the same with me.

She hugged us all and got a picture, just hanging out with us whilst her dad got the things for the kids from their car.

"How old are you honey?" I asked as she took a sip of her water, "you look about 17."

"I'm 17 yeah, but I only turned it 6 days ago."

We talked for a while until all the gifts were in our car safely and her dad had returned to the meet and greet area.

"We would love to hang out with you again sometimes so give us a call." We have her our phone number for our home phone and she hugged us goodbye, a smile spread across her face. I could tell she was so excited at receiving our phone number, I mean, all of our fans would.

"Oh my gosh thank you!" She giggled, jumping up and down on the spot.

"It's ok,we hope to see you again and I'm glad you enjoyed the meet and greet sweetheart." Joe smiled,giving her one last hug. She hugged all the kids and they said their thank yous.

"Bye sweetheart!" I waved to her as she walked out with her dad.

Well, what a day it has been...
