Ella (Dianne's daughter)'s POVI woke up to the sound of faint muttering. I rubbed my eyes as I sat up in my bed, pulling the covers up to my head. It was my nightmare having a stranger in the house, whenever I go to bed at night I always pull the cover over my head to 'protect me from ghosts'.
I knew it probably wasn't a stranger, but at the same time I felt uneasy. I also realise I am probably freaking out way to much about this, but I'm a bit of a sensitive kid when I comes to scary stuff. I always cry if daddy has a horror film on when we are playing. I always cry when mummy leaves me alone at grandmas house in the room where the porcelain dolls are in a cabinet. I get scared easily to put it bluntly.
I climbed out of my bed and tiptoed across the landing to the bathroom where I could see a small portion of light managing to creep out of the gap between the door. Did I really think this was the right thing to do?
I heard crying, like happy, 'I can't believe this' crying.
When I was sure everything was silent I crept closer to the door and peered in, whoever it was I was just going to tell them I came to go to the bathroom.
It looked like a woman with long red hair, and a man with shorter brown hair with blonde tips. Oh, thank god, it's mummy and daddy...
I went into the bathroom to see what they were doing and I could not believe my eyes, there was mummy sat on the edge of the bath, Daddy next to her, staring at a piece of paper and it looked so important...
I was so shocked, I couldn't think of anything to say so I just screamed.....
