CHAPTER 10

As Sungjae heads home trying to understand why he feels this way towards Joy... this is a new feeling for him, he never felt anything like this before, and he doesn't want it, what he's feeling right now, miserable, he's feeling guilty... as soon as he arrives home he opens the fridge, he sighs there's nothing in there... he completely forgot he didn't buy any food and supplies even the pantry is empty, he took his suit off and unbuttons his polo, and heads to the living room, he turned on the TV and watches a random channel not realizing he keeps on switching channels every second, his mind is still on Joy, he feels angry

why does she make him feel this way??? why her??? she's not really his type, she's not good enough for him, she's not good enough for his mother... he keeps on contemplating why? of all the girls he has in his life? why her?

he hisses as he stood up and threw the remote control on the wall... he thought maybe all he needs is sleep, he's too tired and exhausted anyways, when he opens the door of his room, he can see his bed is still a mess from last night.. he sighed but he can see his clothes are neatly folded in the corner of the bed... he knew it was her who did it... he sighs again feeling more guilty... as he grasp the clothes putting it in the dirty laundry's basket, and heads to the bathroom for a shower.. after he's done, he took one of his boxers and wears it and goes to the bed... but before everything he arranges the sheets and his comforters then he notices a stain is it blood??? he furrowed his eyebrows he can feel his heart beats faster...

"shit!!! Shit shit!"

He sat down and runs his fingers through his hair in frustrations and pulls it in the process he fucked up... he wanted to run over to her but he just can't he knew what he did... he's been an asshole a son of a bitch! a jerk! he did everything to push her off and now he regrets it... he can feel his heart aching for her

how is this even possible? I've been with a lot of girls better than her actually why the fuck her??? Ugh...

Days have passed but no sign of Park SooYoung, it seems she completely forgot about her studies, her scholarship... it's been three days in a row she has not come to school... Sungjae's aching heart so bad he couldn't even eat... he knew the only thing he wants to do is to find her and hug her, kiss her and be with her but at the same time his mind goes to his childhood friend he tries so hard not to think of Joy, but he fails every time he tries..

"Sungjae'ya? You seem so down lately... did something happened? Did you break up with your girlfriend or something?" Eukwang just arrived and questioned him with a concern tone in his voice, but it made Sungjae feel more guilty, he just smiled hesitating what to answer,

"you know you can tell me anything right?" eukwang continued but Sungjae just nod of course he doesn't want to share it with eukwang he appreciates how eukwang treats him... eukwang is a very charismatic person, everybody likes him, he doesn't want to ruin their friendship, so he doesn't want to share...

"it's nothing hyung..."

"it doesn't look like nothing sungjae'ya look at your buttons it's not buttoned in place..." eukwang uttered laughing, he can see how Sungjae is in a mess... but Sungjae decide to walk away... before telling eukwang that his class is about to start in a few minutes, eukwang just shakes his head seeing how affected Sungjae is...

Thursday Joy finally decides to go to the university, to attend her classes, she sighs thinking that her truancy is becoming a concern for her brother, he keeps bugging her asking her questions why she hasn't attending class, why she's sulking in her room all the time? Did something happen? Who messed with her? he knows his sister pretty well, Joy doesn't just go gallivanting around, leaving all behind... especially her studies... she knows her brother is into her and once hell find out what's wrong... he's going to kill that someone... she doesn't know what he might do to Sungjae.. if ever he finds out... so she sighs as she was packing her things up getting ready for school...
