CHAPTER 33

It was rainy the thunderstorm claps the sky so loud and flashes illuminated the whole city, Joy had been going back and forth outside of Sungjae's penthouse the guards were instructed not to let her in, as the rain pours down so hard her tears sheds unnoticed, she felt a sudden sharp small pains gradually increases that made her yelp in silence, but she needed to see him, she wanted him to know... she waited and waited but there's no sign of him, she cried and cried until one of the guard approaches her with remorse

"Miss it's not good for you to be out here... I can't let you in as much as I want to... please take a cab and go home, here..." the guard handed her some cash, she just stares at it for a moment and her eyes trailed to meet the guard's gaze...

"please miss I beg you... " the guard begs and gave her a sympathetic perturb smile, while she clutches onto her big round belly, she felt that sharp pain again

"hey miss?? are you okay???" Joy nodded as she tries her best to endure the pain, making her best to hide the pain as she pushes the man's hand away gently "thanks! but I don't need it" but the guard insisted she had no choice but to take it...

As she was about to walk away the guard called her "wait miss!!!" he runs toward her taking his jacket off, and gave it to her,

"please wait here for a while... I called a cab for you... Joy didn't know what to do she just stood there no one had ever been nice to her from this building

"thank you..." she muttered and waited... for the cab to arrive, as soon as she told the driver where to go, she felt that sharp pain again it was intense that made her yelp in pain "hey Miss are you okay???" Joy nodded and bit her lips as soon as they arrived Sungjae's office, she sees him from a distance he was smiling rushing to his car she tried to hurry and call out for him but it was too late... he's already gone... then there it is again a very sharp pain made her yell in agony as she clutches to her knees

"miss?" she heard someone calling but as soon as the guy held onto her blackness consumes her...

Joy's tears rolls down her cheeks dropping tears to her lap as she sits beside the window of her apartment, she huffs remembering those awful memories "don't go there Sooyoung, don't go there..." she muttered to herself and inhales deep "you're stronger than this.." she uttered wiping her tears away as she watches the stars on the skies twinkling down to her

"I hope you're happy out there... I love you" she spoke as if the stars are listening to her... making her smile...

"I don't know why you keep on coming here haven't I told you to stay away from me??" Sohyun shouted as she throws the glass to the wall, making Sungjae shake his head in annoyance

"I have decided Sohyuna we need to work this out if you like Sami to grow up well and happy"

"Sami can be happy without you beside me!"

"I don't know what to do anymore"

"I don't need a man who doesn't love me!" she shouted again as she walks away leaving the whole mansion in silence, Sami runs towards Sungjae's legs and hugs him crying
