Joy stood there confused she did not comprehend what he just said to her... as he stiffen in silence his stares where everywhere except to Joy, he didn't want to look straight into her eyes he just couldn't handle it... he couldn't handle seeing her hurt especially it is because of his doings.
"I don't understand?" she asked him while trying to search for his gaze "hey?" she muttered nudging his arms she didn't want to step closer but she was so confused of what he just said
"I'm getting married" he uttered as he glances once meeting their eyes then he immediately lowers his gaze to the ground again.
"I don't understand"
"look I'm getting married to someone else" this time he just made it clear, shattering her heart to the ground into pieces she nearly collapsed but she kept her legs strong as she stood there freaking out in silence and feeling weak to her knees, as tears starting to form in her eyes
"why?" she asked again with her shaky voice as she clutches to the side of the railings of the stairs she need to her to balance herself, she feels she's about to throw up
"I'm sorry... it's about my family, we were engaged since we were little. I thought I could stop it but we were endowed with contract... there's nothing I can do, or I'll lose the company that my family had protected in years" he muttered he doesn't want to speak any further seeing her tears roll down her cheeks breaking his heart like lightning just struck through it, he wanted to kill himself right there it was because of him..
"hey please talk to me?" he muttered while he approaches her slowly and brushes her tears away with his fingers
"please don't"
"please forgive me"

"please Sooyounga will you look at me?"
"NO!!" she shouted and pushed him to the side immediately dashes towards the stairs, making him run after her
