"from now on live with me..." he uttered seriously while staring at her eyes looking for an answer... Joy didn't answer but obviously she's not ready for that kind of a relationship yet... not yet,

"please?" he begs pouting his lips with his puppy eyes trying to make it bigger to convince her she chuckles at his weird facial expression but just shook her head still not answering his question, sure she wants to be with him all the time, but with all the circumstances lately she just wants to avoid trouble,

what if his parents don't like her? what if they end up not being compatible living together? what if he ends up fed up of her? then leave her eventually? what if?

there were too many what ifs choking to her breath she just wants to live her life in peace especially right now she has to earn for her monthly living expenses and her goals of saving money for college, with eunkwang gone she knows she cannot survive,

"hey..." Sungjae held her shoulder cutting her from her trail of thoughts,

"hmm?" she questioned but clearly, she was not listening to him

"I don't want you away from me, I want us to live together so that I can take care of you especially now"

"but oppa... I can't! I have to earn, and learn to be independent... I need to find extra part time jobs... I want to keep that apartment... what if my brother comes back?" this time Sungjae shakes his head feeling like he's losing will to hope that she would say yes...

"baby I promise I will help you... money is not an option..."

"oppa I know you're rich and all but I have my pride and I don't like people thinking that I am smooching off of you"

"then we make a deal... you will live in my apartment and...uhmm... you will be the one ahmm" he thinks of what reasonable thoughts "uhmm you will clean my room and feed my cat in exchange for your savings and for your apartment " he sounds convincing this time..

Joy knew that he would be persistent if he wants something so she just said "let me think about it first..."

"please? Please, PLEASE?" he tried to convince her with his childish expression but she's not falling for it...

"oppa... what will your parents think of me? what would they say of me?" she muttered now she sounds serious she wants to cry but Sungjae is there to comfort her he hugs her tighter "I will introduce you to them... just give me time araso?" Joy feels her cheeks blushing red he's really serious about it,

days after the proposal, Sungjae made it an extra effort just to see her after his working hours, and to his relief Joy promised him that she'll never work in the club anymore, with Sungjae's offer it seems like a win win for her since she has no money to pay for the rent, and no stable job at the moment, and the only job she's got is with Irene, Irene offered her another job a referral to one of her customers who seems to be looking for a housekeeping job it seemed like a good offer so she once told Joy and she agreed to it,

"wait let me call the employer" Irene paused for a second getting her phone then she dialled the employer's number "hello Madam Jiyeon??? is the job still available?"

"oh yes... do you have someone fit for the job?"

"yes Madam... if you like we can meet later?"
