Yusaf: How are you, laal?

Dowee: I'm fine, laal. Nothing new because I am always fine.

: I always taking care of myself.

Yusaf: Even you take care of yourself, I still need to ask if how are you.

Napangiti ako nang matipid nang mabasa ang message niya. I realize that don't ignore or be annoyed from the word "how are you?". How are you is a simple question, but it is the hardest to answer honestly. Sabi mo ayos ka lang, pero hindi naman pala. Most answers are lies.

Nasa labi pa rin ang ngiti nang mag-reply ako.

Dowee: I know, I know.

Yusaf: In my own opinion, asking someone if how are s/he, is a way of caring even you are far from me.

: How's your school?

Dowee: Fine, I never let my grades became lower.

Yusaf: I am very eager to meet you

Dowee: Why?

: Magma-mask ako kung magkikita na tayo para iwas hilo ganoon. Tapos magdadala ako ng perfume para sa 'yo.

: Bullying na yata ginagawa ko sa 'yo.

: Pero siyempre titiisin ko amoy mo kasi mamahalin kita habam-buhay kung sakaling maging tayo talaga.

Yusaf: After 4 years? I am starting to save money to go there.

Dowee: Oh, really? That's amazing!

Yusaf: Because I really want to meet you.

Dowee: Handa mo talagang tawirin kahit magkabilang mundo tayo, ano?

: Do you know the Magkabilang Mundo song?

: Bakit ko pa nga ba tinanong? Kasi hindi mo naman alam.

: But do you want me to tell that story or no?

Yusaf: What does it mean?

: And an update for me that I found an online school were I could learn about your language.

Dowee: I won't say the translated version. It's for you to learn our Filipino language and you know hoe to speak tagalgong back read this conversation.

: *tagalog kasi iyon.

: Gusto ko matuto ka para mas magkaintindihan tayo.

: Because there is a language barrier between us.

: We understand each other, biut we could really express ourselves because we are not living at the same country we used to be.

: Hindi ko na naiintinidihan pinagsasabi ko. Bahala ka na lang intindihin.

Yusaf: Hope to see you soon.

Dowee: See you soon.

: I'll wait for you.

Yusaf: Hope you could wait for me after 4 years. Hope we can still chat each other. I am hoping that you still the Dowee I know, even though change is constant.

: Days passed everything is changing, so I'm a little bit afraid that I couldn't meet you in person.

Dowee: Hey, cheer up, laal.

: We will meet someday.

: I have my word. If I said, I'll wait for you, I'll wait.

Yusaf: It's gonna be easy to, it's going to be really hard; we're gonna have to  work at this everyday.

: Should I say, you and me forever.

Dowee: walang poreber.

: paniwalang-paniwala ka diyan sa poreber.

: You know what, I admit that I am afraid too. What if it will be failed? But I want to risk even this decision of mine will going to break me into pieces after, but at least I tried and I won't regret it.

: Balang araw magkikita rin tayo.

Yusaf: I'm going to pray harder to make this real.

: Good night, laal. You need to sleep now.

: We're going to meet soon.

: My heart wants you everyday so always take care of yourself.
