Right after I had been dropped off, I looked around to see if I could find Annie. To my surprise,she was running towards me. She was wearing light blue jeans and a frilly,purple t-shirt that brought out her womenly figure. I literally started crying when I saw her. Her eyes were gleaming with excitement. She told me that she would never,ever do that again. She also signed with her trembling hands that she had a big surprise for me. She took a deep breath,and said:"He-hello!"
I could not believe my ears. Annie had just spoken! She told me that they gave her a hearing aid,which made her partially deaf,instead of completely deaf. Even though I was really jealous,I felt really happy for her. She had finally accomplished her biggest dream,and I just hoped that she would be happy with her life from now on.
