We headed straight to the airport, yet my mom still wouldn't tell us where we were going. I literally begged her,yet she would not budge. We got our tickets, and on the plane,Annie got an idea.
"Excuse me,where is this plane heading to?" She asked.
The hostess replied in a surprised voice tone. "This plane's destination is Rio De Janerio,Brazil. Are you on the wrong plane, miss?" Annie had succeeded. "No,I am on the right plane. Thanks."
I saw Annie's face get red with excitement. I probably looked the same. We hugged eachother and started squealing. Then we hugged my mom. We heard a soft "You're welcome" in the middle of us strangling her with our hugs.
It was a little long of a journey, but we forgot about how tired we were when we saw our house. It was an amazing villa that looked directly into a forest. Its hand-made wood roof was definitely a sight to see.
After we had left our bags,me and Annie immediately got a brief forest tour, which was I thought very informative and fun. We tried some interesting fruits, papayas, guavas, much more... There were so many new sensations that we have never experienced before, but there was ONE that really was "once in a lifetime"...
