Apology

I woke up to my phone ringing. Issacs name appeared on the screen.
I picked it up and answered.
"Hey Issac, why are you calling so early?"
I said trying not to sound tired
"Y/N this is Eli..." he said from the other side
"I... I just wanted to say sorry about last week, I was childish and straight rude i-"
"Eli it's fine, seriously don't worry." I said to him, Billie then woke up and rolled over to me, I held a finger to my mouth at her.
"Thank you Y/N, it really means a lot."
We spoke for a while when I decided to say bye.
"Thanks got the talk Eli, I'm gonna head off now, see you later!" I said with a half smile
"Nice talking to you Y/N, Goodbye." He said and I ended the call.
I placed my phone down and Billie said
"So you two are sorted?" She said cocking an eyebrow
"Yeah were good now..." I said staring off into space
"Hey, what's wrong," she said and put her hand on my cheek, forcing my to face her.
"Nothing babe, I'm fine," I replied half smiling again.
"Don't lie to me, I know when you're sad," she said and didn't take her eyes from mine.
"It's just... I'm sick of getting hurt. I feel like I let myself get walked all over and I cant not forgive someone for doing something..."
"Do whatever you feel is right Y/N, everything will fall into place I promise you," Billie said and kissed me lightly
"I love you," I said and hugged her.
We lied there for a while and Billie perked up and said.
"There is a the 1975 concert on, would you like to go, it's very last minute and it's a two hour drive but we should go!"
"That sounds amazing!" I replied to her and she smiled.
"Well let's get ready then," she said and we jumped out of bed.
We had showers and got ready,
i'm wearing a dark red crop top and black jeans,
"ooooo shitttt my baby looking good today," Billie said and hugged my from behind.
"shut up," i said grabbing one of her hands and spinning around to face her.
"let's go, i'm excited to spend time with you," she said and kissed me lightly, grabbing my ass with her right hand.
"let's go," i said and we walked out to her car hand.
The entire way there we sung our hearts out to the 1975's songs and we were already having a great time.
the two hours went by quickly and we arrived at the place, it was outside.
Billie quickly got noticed by a bunch of people and they took pictures and talked for a while.
After the fan commotion we stood and waited for the 1975 to come out to the stage.
I stood there looking up at Billie for a second and then someone behind her caught my eye.
It was Elijah and Issac.
I quickly hugged Billie and hoped they didn't see us. I wanted to spend some quality time with Billie.. without the twins.
I was still hugging onto the front of Billie and she had her arms around me and her chin rested on my head.
That's when i heard them.
Billie let go of me and slipped away from my hug,
"Hey guys!" she said excitedly
"Surprise seeing y'all here!" Elijah said and didn't even really acknowledge me.
what if he hates me still? maybe i should talk to him? what if we never speak again. . my thoughts got the better of me and that's when Issac spoke to me.
"Aye Y/N what's up," Issac said and hugged me.
"Hey Issac," i said and smiled at him.
we all spoke for a while and that's when the crowd roared with excitement.
Their opening song was their song 'sex' Billie, Issac, Elijah and I were all singing and dancing, we were having so much fun.
a few songs past and they started playing 'she lays down', Billie hugged me from behind and rested her chin on my head, we swayed to the music and sung our lungs out.
Eli and Issac has left to get closer to the front of the stage and it was just us.
After a while of hugs and singing we heard a loud boom.
that's when the smoke came...
out of no where smoke filled the park and Billie and i ran up to the back, near her car, we looked toward the stage and a fire held its place, getting bigger and bigger by the second.
the sirens came louder and louder until they were with us.
Billie played with her rings, she does that when she's nervous. i grabbed her hand and we went to her car.
"what the fuck was that?" she said questioning loudly.
"i don't know but that was weird." i said back to her and the park slipped away from us.
All i could see was smoke from the park, was it a smoke bomb? no because why would there be a fire?
i checked my phone for any updated and sure enough, an article popped up.
the headline read
"concert for 'the 1975' came to a quick close after fire broke out"
i clicked it and read through, it said that there was a purposely lit fire and the boom noise was a speaker exploding.
i told Billie what had happened.
"wow, the one time we go do something together this shit happens," she slammed her head on the back of the seat.
"but is everyone okay?" she added after a moment of silence,
"yes they are all okay Babe," i said and rested my hand on her thigh.
She smiled at this gesture and laughed a cute little laugh.
we drove home is mostly silence apart from some music leaking from the speakers.
