Whats going on?

Loki's staff beeped to let him know everything had been transferred Suddenly he heard voices "I'm going to take a shower can you prepare dinner it's peters favourite" he heard Tony say Loki dropped Thor's hammer (again hard to spell) rushed back to Peters room and jumped into the bed he heard Jarvises voice "welcome back Mr Stark" and Loki was about to close his eyes
when he realised he was still Loki! and his staff Hadn't been disguised in the nick of time loki changed himself back to Peter and the staff shrunk down so he could fit it in his pocket he looked down at him self to make sure everything was in order and closed his eyes. it was then that Bucky opened Peters door a crack seeing Peter asleep and not wanting to disturb him he closed it ,again the avengers ,worn out, headed to their beds and Tony to his shower.

Then ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE

Thor yelped as he entered his room to find it adorned in Loki's signature colours and his hammer missing.
Tony screamed "my hairs green" leaping out the bathroom to get changed.
Bruce opened his door and closed it again entire room was green and he was not wanting to let the hulk out.
Steve walked out his room covered in feathers looking like a disgruntled chicken!
Bucky had placed his metal arm on the door handle and when he opened it his hand had become twice the size covered in magnets
Clint had opened his door and fell back in shock he had seen a mass of arrows and thought he was dead he reached for blood but there was none that's when he realised they were foam arrows.

normally Peter would've been the blame for such pranks but these were unlike anything Peter had ever done and he couldn't of done them in the state he was in which led everyone to  the same person.

"Loki's been here!" Tony shouted shocked But the worst was yet to come "how come mines o.." Natasha started but Jarvis boomed interuppting her "sir the computers files have been wiped" "WHAT!" The avengers screamed racing to the meeting room their a horrible site met the avengers
an empty computer screen.
"Loki's got the files he knows everything...HOW"
Said Tony in shock "we are no longer safe here" Bruce countered "how.....how is this possible?" Natasha asked "wait is Peter still here!!" Thor asked in worry not realising he had used his actual name for once, "yes Peter is here I checked he is sound asleep" Bucky said calmly "wait this can't be right Loki messed up our rooms stole our filed how? When only peter knows the password and left Him well alone? surely Pete would be the first person to be gone but he's still here something is not right!" Tony said determinately "even Loki has a heart!" Thor snapped at him "maybe he didn't need Peter anymore" Thor countered "but Peter looked like he escaped the handcuffs were ripped!" Natasha spoke up "ripped? Peters strong but he's not that strong and surely Loki would've noticed him gone?" "somethings not right guys he wouldn't have left Peter here he wouldn't have he couldn't have!" Tony protested "Friday scan Peters room but don't wake him is that Peter is that a hologram?" Steve enquired wanting to put amend to Tony's panic filled ranting "It's not a hologram sir" Friday efficiently replied " see Tony your worrying over nothing come on let's sort our rooms out we don't wanna wake up Peter" Steve finished the avengers turned to their rooms
"Somethings not right!" Tony continued but it fell on the deaf ears of the avengers " Tony is just scared he'll be over this in a few hours" Steve told the others who nodded "Poor guy" Bruce replied.
