He sighed and leaned closer, closing the distance between us. Hinawakan ko naman ang gilid ng kotse at hinila ang bagay na makakapagpababa sa upuan ko. The chair inclined and I had more space to enjoy.

"You didn't ruin her life."

"I did."

"She blamed you for her father's death, right?"

Tumango ako nang dahil roon at napatunganga. He knows about these?

To my horror, because of my father's anger, he hired a mafia to kill him. His daughter was a mess, he couldn't take it. Ang alam ko ay ang Inquierdo Mafia ang ka-contact niya noon. That's because it's the Mafia on our side. Imperial Mafia are in some kind of crisis.

"Why would he be guilty when he fucking wanted to touch your breast ever since he laid his eyes on you? That motherfucker." Hirap niyang sabi.

"Edi bakit... bakit iyong sabi ni Tulips?"

I was starting to believe. I just needed to ask one more thing. One more answer to relieved me of the things I did. Because finally, I didn't need redemption from that sin after all. Dahil kung totoo man ang sinasabi niya, I did the right thing.
