"What made Calix Hercules Calliego come to us?" Bea asked before biting her sandwich.

Tumayo si Hercules at tumingin kay Bea bago sa akin, kay Bea at sa akin ulit. His glances made me fear him. He has these deep set of eyes that would make anyone scream. It looks like it's telling you that they'll hunt you down even in your dreams. Agad akong umiwas ng tingin.

Humakbang siya papalapit.

"I came here to warn you." Ang malalim niyang boses ay nagpataas ng mga balahibo ko sa batok. "Don't mess with my sister."

Doon ako napaangat ng tingin sakanya. His sister? Shania Serene Calliego? I didn't do anything to her! I shouted at my mind when the buried thoughts started to reveal theirselves. Focus, Vivienne. You don't know her sister, you don't know.

"Wait, I think there has been a misunderstanding here. We don't know your sister." I said, looking at him. I was trying hard not to face him with uncertainty all over my face. I guess I just have to bet on my face now, huh?

Tumagilid ang ulo niya. I saw how his jaw clenched and how he tried so hard to look back at me. What, you think I'm pathetic? My blood boiled.

"That's not possible." He said.

I rolled my eyes.

"There are many people who use my name and Bea's just for fame or fun, whatever. But we just don't know what you're talking about and it's none of our business. Now, if you excuse us."

Hindi ko napigilan ang pagmamaldita. That's when everything sinked in.

My eyes widened before looking at Bea who looks confused while staring at me. It was as if she's saying 'What the hell, V?'.

Damn, Bea did this. She didn't even inform me!

"You've finally thought it out, Ms. Oversized?" Said Hercules mockingly.

Now, what do I do? And what does my shirt have to do with this? Ugh.

"Just to be clear, what exactly did we do to your sister?" I asked him once everything finally sinked in.

Nice comeback after pretending not to know her! I sarcastically clapped for myself.

I will get you, Bea! How about telling and consulting about everything you do involving me? Tumingin ako sakanya at umirap. She looked at me with her innocent face before smiling.

"My sister went home, crying. Unable to utter any word but Vivienne and Bea. All the other things she said were things I couldn't comprehend. You tell me." He sarcastically said his last sentence.

"Well, we're sorry we do many things that we forgot the petty ones." Bulong ni Bea ngunit sapat na para marinig ng lalake sa harapan.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at agad kong tinampal ang hita niya. Stop making things worse! Nadawit na nga lang ako sa gulo na ginawa mo at palalalain mo pa? Plus the fact that we're talking to a Calliego! I thought you don't have a death wish? We are powerful too but our forces combined cannot surpass the wealth and power of a Calliego! I don't know what you did to his sister but we'll surely pay for it! We- damay ako!

I saw how Hercules clenched his jaw. I gulped before biting my bottom lip when I even saw him balled his fist. I am in serious trouble!

Kaya naman naming i-approach ang Calliegong ito nang maayos, bakit kailangan pang guluhin ni Bea?

"Tangina, pasalamat ka hindi ako nananakit ng babae."

Nakagat ko ang labi ko nang marinig ang mura niya. How can a curse sound so good? I didn't know he curses in tagalog. Sa tagal kong pagso-stalk sakanya para sa plano ko, hindi ko man lang narinig na nagmura siya ng isang malutong na mura. Hercules, together with the Calliegos are made in Italy and born in Greece. Which explains their aristocrat and greek features. Ang alam ko'y may dugo silang Filipino –pero sobrang layo na samantalang ako ay half- Filipino, half- French. My ancestors stalk and hunt them for a living, which is probably the reason of our never ending feud. Might as well ask my father if I can hunt and eat him afterwards.
