Why did she have to go to that damn concert? Why is she so stupid to think he wouldn’t notice her? Tears were streaming down her face nonstop. She can’t appear in front of Hayley looking like this so she sent her a message saying she had to leave first. Yonghwa didn’t say anything the whole ride back home. She tried to look away ashamed of the way she looked with her tears stained face and red puffy eyes.

Yonghwa went to the US in hopes of taking Seohyun back to Korea. Now that she graduated there is no reason for her to stay in New York. He was going back and forth in hopes of winning her heart but a year didn’t seem to change anything. She was still in love with Kim Jaejoong and all he got was nothing but an offer of friendship. He wondered if that would be enough reason to be married.

Seohyun wiped her eyes with the back of her hand and when she was confident enough that she looked ok she turned to face him. "How did you know I was there?" she asked.

"I saw your pictures on the internet. Everyone's been talking about the two of you."

Seohyun closed her eyes in frustration. She was suddenly filled with worry. If her father learned the news about tonight she wondered what he would do. "How did you get in the back stage?"

"I'm Jung Yonghwa. I can do anything," he gave her a bright smile and Seohyun smiled back.

"Seohyun... you still love him don't you?" he asked after a while.

She couldn’t lie to him so she just avoided his eyes without saying anything.

“I think I failed. I couldn’t make you fall in love with me.”

“I’m sorry,” she said. It seemed like nothing changed in the span of one year but she did try. She tried really hard… to forget Jaejoong and love him instead. But her stupid heart just wouldn’t listen. It wanted the harder way out. So now she’s suffering from heartbreaks over and over again.

“I love you Seohyun but it wouldn’t mean anything if you don’t feel the same way.” Yonghwa decided to give her some time alone to think things through. He told her to sort out her own feelings. He wanted her to decide if she still willing to be married to him.

Seohyun cried her heart out for the rest of the night. Jaejoong, on the other hand, never made it back to the stage. He was too devastated to sing

The next day, Jaejoong felt a lot worse. He had too much to drink the other night and the effects are now taking effect. In addition to his headache, an annoying Yoochun came barging in his room early in the morning which ruined his day before it even started.

"You look like hell hyung" Jaejoong doesn’t need anybody to tell him the obvious fact.

"I feel like hell," he uttered then grabbed the nearest pillow he could reach and covered his face with it.

“What happened last night?” Yoochun seemed to be having no plans of leaving just yet. He sat on the couch across his bed and settled himself in a comfortable way with his legs propped up on his bed.

“I got dumped twice by a single girl.” Jaejoong said in a muffled voice without taking off the pillow on top of his face.

"Do you want me to comfort you?" Yoochun teased.

“Just get the hell out of here and leave me alone.” He took the pillow off of his face and threw it straight at Yoochun who was fast enough to move his head out of the way.

"Fine. But I’ll feel really bad if I don’t give you any bit of advice. I’ll be a really bad friend if I can’t help you in any way." He faked a frown with the purpose of annoying Jaejoong even more.

“What advise can you give me anyway? You haven't been dumped in your entire life,” he complained.

"Move on I guess." Heck, if it was as easy as that then no one should be suffering from heartbreaks and the world will be a much better place to live in.

“Thank you so much for that very wonderful advice. Now will you please get lost? I think my head is gonna explode any minute. It’s excruciatingly painful right now. Don’t add to my suffering.”

Being given some choices is as hard as having no choice at all especially when each of the choices given to you is as bad as the rest.

1.      Be married and spend the rest of your life with a person you don’t love

2.      Cancel the engagement, face your father’s wrath and let the love of your life suffer from the consequences of your actions

3.      Cancel the engagement, declare your love to the person you truly love, ask for forgiveness and prepare for the worst

Seohyun was having indecision. Yonghwa has given her choices but none of those choices will solve anything. But after giving it a lot of thought she finally decided to be selfish and follow her heart.

Finding JYJ’s hotel was not a difficult task especially when you have a friend who seemed to know everything that happens in the kpop world. Fans lining up outside the hotel told her she was at the right place. But finding the room number will be the difficult part. Luckily she met Yoochun at the lobby. When he saw her he immediately broke into a smile. She forced a smile although her nerves are taking a toll on her. Yoochun gave her a hug. “Jaejoong’s upstairs room 315. Goodluck.” He knows exactly what she needed. Yes, she definitely needed a lot of luck right now. She rode the elevator and pressed 3rd floor. Her heart was beating so hard. She desperately hoped she isn’t too late.
