"A tutor?" The word came out of your mouth like something foreign. Both you and Taehyung both looked at each other and then at your parents. "I thought I was doing fine in school."

"Honey, you are. You're doing brilliantly." you mother offered to try to make you feel better. But it still didn't answer your question.

"Your mother and I talked about it and we don't want you going to school full time." said your father.

"But why? Is it because of..." They said nothing, only nodding their head lightly. "Eomma, appa, please. I am fine. And if something does happen, I have Taehyung." On cue, he nodded his head vigorously. But then he stopped. Despite wanting his twin to be around, he had to consider any accidents that could happen to you even with him around. As for you, your shoulders also dropped because you can't be a constant burden on Taehyung, he has his own life and his own group of friends to be with.

"Honey, Taehyung won't always be there and that's what scares us." your mother said softly.

"After what happened last week, we can't take any more chances." your father added. The police had closed the investigation because there weren't any leads At home, someone was always watching you or at least they try their hardest to make it feel like you're not being monitored but that's hard to do. At school, Taehyung, the boys, aside from Seokjin and Yoongi because they're in college, and Ji Eun took turns looking after you. From studying in the library, to going to lunch break and cafe after school, you were never quite alone. Guilt was something you regularly experience when you're with them because you know they're doing it out of obligations to Taehyung and your family. Like everyone else in this world, they have their own lives to live.

Still, not going to school felt overwhelming altogether and that would make you different from everyone else, even more so than normal. "I don't want to do that." you said. "I know you care about my health but I will be fine on my own."

"Y/N, I love you but this isn't up for discussion." your father said.

Taehyung leaned closer and laid a hand on your shoulder. "I think you should listen to them." You knew he was right but still, somehow it felt like a betrayal that he didn't trust you. Your twin stared back at you with similar eye colors, nose, and boxy smile, except your weren't smiling. You clenched your jaws and looked away from him.

"Out of everyone, I thought you would be by my side." you whispered. He caught it and his heart pang. "I know my health isn't the best. And I understand that it's a burden on you all and I can't begin to tell you how sorry I am for always worrying you. But I have to suffer from this too. I have to watch from my windows as my friends go out to amusement parks or to the beach. I have to stay behind when Taehyung travels for his shows. And I was okay with all of it because at least I still felt normal. But this will really prove that I'm different from everyone else and I hate it." You choked from the tears. The room was silent for a while.

"Y/N, you are different." It was Taehyung. "I'm sorry but I think this is the best decision." He looked the other way so you wouldn't see the distress on his face. Guilt was also something he felt towards you. As much as he tries, he couldn't the pain away from you and give you a normal life. Slowly, you stood up from the dining table.

"Well then, I guess whatever I say now doesn't matter. I'm going to bed."

"Honey-" Your mother didn't finish her sentence when you closed your doors. After finishing what was left of the family dinner, Taehyung stood outside your door, hand in position to knock. He never had a problem with going into your room to talk, it was normal and a routine. But right now, neither of you could face each other.

Though you would have to face each other eventually considering you live under the same roof and goes to the same school. The morning walk to school was awfully quiet and Taehyung hated it. He likes to tease you or show you any cool plants that he sees. But now you were walking in front of him by a few meters. At the usual corner, you two met the rest of the boys. From afar, they already sensed that something was wrong. It solidified when you didn't greet them with your usual smiles and hugs.

"What's wrong?" Jimin asked.

"Nothing." you said.

"Bullshit." Hoseok exclaimed. "My Taehyungie is being too quiet and I hate it." Ironically, both you and Taehyung shrugged at the same time and kept on walking. The awkward and dreadful silence continued throughout the day. At lunch, the group couldn't take it anymore and nudged Ji Eun to talk to you. She sat with you under the apple tree, waiting for you to burst, which you did.

"If I were you, I'd be cheering. You could just stay in your room all day and not have to deal with so many annoying people." she said. She propped herself up with her arms behind, palms down on the ground. You couldn't help but laugh, this is exactly who Ji Eun is. Blunt and hates the world except for you, of course. You knew she was trying to cheer you up.

"I was being irrational, wasn't I?"

"Obviously. They were just thinking about your health, Taehyung especially."

"But I feel fine and I don't want to be outcast from the world."

"You'll still be here, just not full time. I mean you're not allowed to leave me altogether." She sat up properly and faced you. "As much as I don't like not seeing my best friend every day, I worry about you more and so does everyone. We don't look after you out of obligations or anything stupid things that you've thought about. We do it because we love you and it would make us feel a lot better knowing that you're safe and sound. And once your health is better than it is now, you'll come back and nothing will have changed with your relationships."

"I hate it when you're right." you sighed.

"I know, but I love it." she chuckled.

Before dinner, you knocked on Taehyung's door. "Come in." he said. He was doing his homework with the windows open. The wind blew the cotton scent from his cologne.

"Tae, can we talk?" He nodded without looking at you. You took your usual seat on his bed, which matched yours but in a different color. "I'm sorry for yesterday and today. I know I was wrong and I know you only wanted what's best for me."

He sighed and gently placed his pencil on the notebook and turned to you. "I'm sorry too. I know you were relying on me to defend you. When I said you are different, I didn't mean it in a bad way. You're my sister and you're so special and important to me. I need you to be okay."

"And I will be, after getting the tutor."

His eyes widened. "Are you really sure about this?"

"Yes. I'll think about it as an opportunity to relax and get better."

"Good, I'm very glad." He patted your head but then went to ruffle your hair. Annoyed yet still content, you kicked him in the stomach. The fighting went on for a few more minutes before you returned to do homework together.
