The cafe was filled with girls and guys with numerous posters and banners with the names of the members. They would scream and cheer anytime the members would wink at them, or reality, in that direction. But they'll tell their friends otherwise. Strawberry Saxophone had just finished their new song and the crowd was loving it. It took much begging and a lot of pouting for Taehyung to let you come tonight. And it helped your case that your parents had an important dinner with some clients and wouldn't be home until much later.

Ji Eun accompanied you. You thought about inviting Namjoon, but he went back to his nightly classes and you didn't want to bother him. He did call you before class to talk for a bit. As usual, he said he misses you even if he just saw you a few hours ago. You didn't mind. The affection he was giving you melted your heart. It's been like that for a few weeks, the phone calls and the hiding.

You asked what will happen to you two and you expected him to shrug. But that wasn't what happened. "After you graduate, I'll ask your parent's permission to date you. And then I'll formally ask to court you." he answered.

"You'll have to ask Taehyung too." you teased.

He sighed nervously. "If I die, you'll know who did it." You punched him lightly on the shoulders and laughed. You really hope that Taehyung wouldn't disapprove. You hope he can see how happy you are with Namjoon. The lessons remained formal and academic. Namjoon didn't do anything to take advantage of you or make you uncomfortable. During breaks, he would simply hold your hand while he reads. That was enough for you.

Taehyung tapped the microphone to introduce the next song, Ddaeng. To be honest, you couldn't pinpoint exactly what genre of music Strawberry Saxophone specializes in because they've literally done it all. Pop, rock, R&B, traditional, EDM even though Yoongi hates it. Who knows, they might do jazz next and Taehyung might finally use his saxophone he's been hiding since 6th grade.

You watched as the boys jumped around on the tiny stage. Seokjin's uncle had to renovate the place to fit all six members along with some props they might use. At one point, they wanted a bouncy house that would literally engulf the whole cafe. Hoseok, Jimin, and Seokjin took the first verse and the crowd was astonished to hear Seokjin rapping. He had good flow and the high energy of a rapper.

Taehyung and Yoongi took the second verse and you could clearly tell how whipped they were for each other. Always holding hands and hugging. And Yoongi was the perfect height to lay his chin on Taehyung's shoulder when they hug. The girls loved it. They loved it even more when Seokjin poured water over them, which was against the rules but Seokjin doesn't listen to anyone but himself.

In the heat of the moment, the crowds stood up to dance. They were getting excited and started pushing. At one point, they pushed you forward but luckily Ji Eun was there to catch you. Even with the performance, Taehyung made it his duty to keep an eye on you. Once he saw it, he stopped dancing in Jungkook's verse. He made a gesture at the crowd to calm down and for the most part, they listened. But then it happened again when Dimple was playing, this time, Ji Eun didn't catch you quite in time. Your knees landed on the ground with a thud that was muffled by the song playing.

Taehyung gasped with wide eyes. You gave him an "I'm okay" sign with your hand. Just before his verse, he spoke into the mic. "If you push my sister one more time, you'll never be allowed to step foot in this place again." The girls behind you murmured a few apologies half-heartedly and bowed to Taehyung.

"This is just as dangerous as that one group's concert." Ji Eun commented.

"What group?" you asked.

"You know, that BT21 or whatever. They won Grammys and their leader has purple hair with dimples."

Dimples, you thought, it made you miss Namjoon more. Speaking of which, he texted to ask what time you would come home. You told him late because Taehyung wasn't done yet. You assumed he was just worried about what time you'll get to sleep.

"You know, you're really bad at keeping secrets." Ji Eun leaned over to say. She didn't really have to do that considering the music was loud enough, but she wanted to be extra careful.

"What are you talking about?"

"I saw the koala next to his name. There's something between you two, right?" she asked. You hadn't told her, or anyone about Namjoon. You wanted to respect his decision to wait until after you graduated.

"Shut up. It's just a koala."

"A koala of love." she exclaimed. You elbowed her stomach to make her quiet down. "I knew it the minute I saw him."

"You've never seen him, Ji Eun." you pointed out.

"No, actually I saw him around here a few nights ago. I recognized him from the picture you showed me. Strange though, he didn't dress like the picture. He wore a cap with a large hoodie. I figured he was just going to the store or something."

"A few nights ago?" you repeated. You clearly remembered him having classes that was nowhere near this area, so why would he be here? On top of that, he would have told you if he was near so you could see him. Shaking off that thought, you went back to enjoying the band, but the uneasy feeling continued.

The concert ended earlier than expected, Taehyung told you to go home and sleep since it was late and he has to stay and clean up first. He tasked Ji Eun with talking you home and she argued that she would have done it without him telling her what to do. It began raining lightly, luckily you brought your umbrella just in case. The rain splatter on the roads and splashed on your legs, cooling you off. The smell of rain had already stopped bothering you long ago, you embrace it now actually.

Ji Eun dropped you off at the front door and you watched as she walked off into the night, disappearing behind the rain. Once you went inside the house, you wanted nothing more than your bed. But then you stopped in your track. You weren't alone in the house. Though it was dark, you could hear rumbling in a room somewhere. Your chest tightened and your finger was ready to dial the police. Footsteps grew louder, meaning they were about to leave. You hid behind the couch but once again, stopped. The culprit froze while your phone dropped to the ground, and your heart also stopped.
