"WHAT IS THAT THING?!"

Screams filled the snowy peaks that night as a howling wind brought forth a roaring beast; it resembled the one in the history books and legends: the crimson red eye was the most vivid detail that would haunt the guards' nightmares for decades.
The beast, however, didn't appear to be thinking its attacks through, but rather seemed to be senselessly attacking everything in sight, even if it hurt itself in the process.
"Dear Nayru, p-please save us...!"
"What are you standing around there for?! MOVE!!"
"We're done for if we don't do something about that thing!"
The wind blew even harder now, as if retaliating to their mere words. Little did they know that the beast's desperation grew stronger each second, that it could no longer think straight as it plunged into the ground...
More screams filled the night. The few who were able to run away did so, and the unfortunate souls who were left behind, well... they would never be the same again.
The beast howled as it became enveloped in a whirlwind, blindly swaying around until it crashed into the ground, leaving a huge cloud of black smoke behind...
